| المستخلص: | "أكدت العديد من الدراسات على ضرورة إعداد وتأهيل طالب وخريج الفنون إعدادا جيدا لمواجهة تحديات سوق العمل، ليكون فعالا في تنمية المجتمع من جميع النواحي وخاصة الاقتصادية منها، وذلك بتوجيهه للمشروعات الإنتاجية الصغيرة وخاصة في المجالات الفنية التي تسهم بشكل كبير في دعم الاقتصاد والمجتمع. حيث يمكن تقديم مدخلا فنيا جديدا لأحد المشروعات الإنتاجية ليكون منطلقا لتنفيذ منتجات فنية صغيرة أو كبيرة ذات أبعاد تشكيلية وقيم جمالية مميزة، بخامات رخيصة ومتوفرة في الأسواق المحلية بالإضافة إلى سهولة التعامل معها وتشكيلها، مما يكون له أثر إيجابي لإرضاء واهتمام أفراد المجتمع، مما يعكس ضمان نجاحه كمشروع إنتاجي يواجه به تحديات سوق العمل. وبناءا على ذلك فقد اتجه الباحث نحو الاستفادة من الأبعاد التشكيلية والقيم الجمالية للحديد الزخرفي كأحد الفنون الثرية بطرزها وأساليبها التشكيلية المتعددة، لعمل مشغولات فنية تصلح لأن تكون نواة لأحد المشروعات الإنتاجية الصغيرة، ومن ثم فقد تخير الباحث شرائح البولي ستيرين وذلك لمميزاتها وخواصها التشكيلية والشكلية التي يمكن أن تحاكي المظهر وليس الوظيفة للحديد الزخرفي، حيث يمكن تنفيذ العديد من العناصر والوحدات الزخرفية منها بطريقة سهلة وسريعة، وإنتاج مشغولات تصلح كمشروع إنتاجي صغير لشباب الخريجين، وتكمن إشكالية البحث في إلقاء الضوء على إمكانية محاكاة الأبعاد التشكيلية والقيم الجمالية لفن الحديد الزخرفي من خلال خامة البولي ستيرين لإنتاج مشغولات فنية تصلح كمشروع إنتاجي صغير للشباب لمواجه تحديات سوق العمل."
