| المستخلص: | زاد الاهتمام في الآونة الأخيرة بتنوع المواقع الصناعية، وتوزيعها على مختلف المحافظات المصرية، وتوزيعها في مواقع صناعية باعتبارها الأماكن الحاضنة للأنشطة الصناعية المختلفة، والعمل على إمدادها بالبنية الأساسية من خطوط كهرباء ومياه صالحة للاستخدام، ووسائل اتصال، وشبكات الإنترنت، ومواصلات، وخلق شبكة طرق قومية لنقل المواد الخام والبضائع والمنتجات، وغير ذلك من الاحتياجات الضرورية للمصانع والعاملين بها، إلا أن ما بذل من استثمارات وجهود في مجال التنمية الصناعية المصرية خاصة محافظات جنوب الصعيد ما يزال في حاجة إلى المزيد حيث يوجد الكثير مما ينتظر الصناعة المصرية حيث يعلق الجميع عليها الآمال لقيادة البلاد نحو التقدم والازدهار، وتأمل الدراسة الحالية إظهار جوانب الضعف والمعوقات، حتي يمكن تشخيص المشاكل الأساسية، وتقديم المقترحات والحلول لها، وخاصة في ظل المتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية. وتمتلك مصر (153) موقع صناعي موزعة على كافة محافظات الجمهورية، يوجد منها 26 موقعًا صناعيًا بمحافظات جنوب الصعيد، وهو ما يوازي نسبة 17% من إجمالي المناطق الصناعية في مصر عام 2020م، وتشمل مواقع مصر الصناعية على ما يقرب من 39 ألف منشأة صناعية، ويعمل بها ما يزيد عن 2.1 مليون عامل باستثمارات (772.67 مليار) جنيه، وتختلف تبعيتها الإدارية من جهة إلى أخرى. Recently increased interest in the diversification of industrial sites; And distributing it to the various Egyptian governorates; And distributing them in industrial sites as incubators for various industrial activities, and working on supplying them with the infrastructure of electricity and water lines suitable for use; Means of communication; And internet networks; And transportation, and the creation of a national road network to transport raw materials, goods and products, And other necessary needs for the factories and their workers, but the investments and efforts made in the field of Egyptian industrial development, especially the governorates of southern Upper Egypt, still need more, as there is much awaiting the Egyptian industry, where everyone pinned hopes on it to lead the country towards progress and prosperity, The current study hopes to show the weaknesses and obstacles, so that the basic problems can be diagnosed; And to present proposals and solutions to them, especially in light of regional and international changes. Egypt has (153) industrial sites distributed all over the governorates of the Republic, of which there are 26 industrial sites in the governorates of southern Upper Egypt, which is equivalent to 17% of the total industrial zones in Egypt in 2020 AD, and Egypt's industrial sites include nearly 39 thousand industrial establishments, More than 2.1 million workers are employed in it, with investments of (772.67 billion) pounds. Its administrative dependence varies from one side to the other. |
