| المستخلص: | ولقد شهد العالم في العقود الأخيرة من القرن الماضي العديد من التغيرات المتسارعة في مجالات التطوير العلمي والتكنولوجي انعكس بشكل أو بآخر على حياة الأفراد وعلى ثقافاتهم والنظم السائدة بشكل قد يكون ايجابيا أو سلبيا خاصة مع ظهور الثورة العلمية والصناعية، والتي أنتجت لنا العديد من التطبيقات أهمها الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي يعد واحد من أهم التحديات التي تواجه العصر. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى الوقوف على محددات وأبعاد الذكاء الاصطناعي، استعراض أهم مظاهر تطوير أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمصر، توضيح العلاقة بين الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطوير أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمصر، الوصول إلى تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمصر في ضوء الذكاء الاصطناعي، والوصول إلى توصيات ومقترحات لتطوير أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمصر في ضوء الذكاء الاصطناعي ولقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي ولقد قام الباحث بوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي بمصر في ضوء الذكاء الاصطناعي، ومن خلال الجانب النظري والتصور المقترح تم وضع عدة توصيات ومقترحات كان من أهمها ما يلي: - وضع خطة استراتيجية من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي وخطة تنفيذية خاصة بتطبيق تقنيات مستحدثات العصر وخاصة الذكاء الاصطناعي. -إنشاء بنية تحتية تتناسب مع تقنيات ومستحدثات العصر مع الاهتمام بنظم الاتصالات والمعلومات بمؤسسات التعليم العالي مع الاهتمام بإنشاء شبكة الإنترنت بمؤسسات التعليم العالي بمصر. - اتخاذ إجراءات تعني بإنشاء مراكز تتبني تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة ومنها الذكاء الاصطناعي بمؤسسات التعليم العالي بمصر. 1-توفير فرص التدريب الميداني للطلاب وخاصة ما يتعلق بالتقنيات الحديثة. 2-اختيار عضو هيئة التدريس بناء على التميز التقني والعلمي بالإضافة إلى التميز الخلقي. 3-إنشاء بنية تحتية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي تتوافق مع التقنيات الحديثة وتتلاءم مع الذكاء الاصطناعي. 4-توجيه البحث العلمي لخدمة أهداف التنمية باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة. 5-مقارنة أداء الجامعات المصرية بالجامعات الأجنبية من أجل الوصول للعالمية. In the last decades of the last century, the world witnessed many rapid changes in the fields of the scientific and technological development, which were reflected in one way or another on the lives of individuals, their cultures and the prevailing systems in a way that may be positive or negative, especially with the emergence of the scientific and industrial revolution, which produced many applications for us, the most important of which are the artificial intelligence, which is one of the most important challenges facing our era. The current research aims at identifying the determinants and dimensions of the artificial intelligence, reviewing the most important aspects of developing the performance of higher education institutions in Egypt, clarifying the relationship between artificial intelligence and developing the performance of higher education institutions in Egypt, setting a proposed vision for developing the performance of higher education institutions in Egypt in the light of the artificial intelligence, and reaching some recommendations and suggestions to develop the performance of higher education institutions in Egypt in the light of the artificial intelligence. The researcher used the descriptive approach and developed a proposed vision for developing the performance of higher education institutions in Egypt in the light of the artificial intelligence. Several recommendations and suggestions were developed through reviewing literature and the proposed vision, the most important of which were the following: - Developing a strategic plan as well as an executive plan by the Ministry of Higher Education for the application of modern innovations, especially the artificial intelligence. - Establishing an infrastructure commensurate with the technologies and innovations of the era, with more attention to communication and information systems in higher education institutions, with an interest in establishing the Internet in higher education institutions in Egypt. -Taking procedures to establish centers that adopt the application of modern technologies, including the artificial intelligence in higher education institutions in Egypt. - Providing field-training opportunities for students, especially with regard to modern technologies. - Selecting the faculty member in the light of the technical and scientific excellence in addition to moral distinction. - Establishing an infrastructure in higher education institutions to be compatible with the modern technologies and cope with the artificial intelligence. Directing the scientific research to serve the development goals using modern technologies. - Comparing the performance of the Egyptian universities with foreign ones in order to reach the world level. |
