| المستخلص: | This research aims to study the effect of the integration of supply chains on the competitive advantage by applying it to the Egyptian seaports sector in question. Field data and information were obtained using the survey method, and the researcher conducted validity and reliability tests for this survey, and it became clear that all standard parameters are significant for all survey variables. The sample size reached 400 individuals of managers, heads of departments and workers in the ports in question. 360 questionnaires were valid for analysis. The statistical software packages (SPSS V.23) were relied upon to carry out the statistical analysis of this research. The research found that there is a positive significant correlation between the dimensions of supply chain integration and the competitive advantage dimensions in Egyptian seaports. The results also indicated that there is a significant effect of the supply chain integration dimensions on the competitive advantage dimensions. Where the results indicated that there is a significant impact of only two dimensions of supply chain integration, namely internal integration and strategic integration on service excellence - one of the dimensions of competitive advantage - and finally the results indicated that there is an impact of only two dimensions of supply chain integration, namely internal integration and external integration on low cost. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير تكامل سلاسل الإمداد على الميزة التنافسية وذلك بالتطبيق على قطاع الموانئ البحرية المصرية محل البحث. وتم جمع البيانات والمعلومات الميدانية باستخدام أسلوب الاستقصاء، وقامت الباحثة بعمل اختبارات الصدق والثبات لهذا الاستقصاء، واتضح أن جميع المعاملات المعيارية معنوية لجميع متغيرات الاستقصاء. وبلغ حجم العينة 400 مفردة من المديرين ورؤساء الأقسام والعاملين بالموانئ محل البحث، كان الصالح للتحليل منها 360 استمارة، وتم الاعتماد على حزم البرامج الإحصائية (SPSS V.23) للقيام بالتحليل الإحصائي لهذا البحث. وقد توصل البحث إلي وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوي إيجابي بين أبعاد لتكامل سلاسل الإمداد وبُعدي الميزة التنافسية بقطاع الموانئ، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك تأثير معنوي لأبعاد تكامل سلاسل الإمداد على أبعاد الميزة التنافسية. حيث دلت النتائج إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لبعدين فقط من أبعاد تكامل سلاسل الإمداد وهما التكامل الداخلي والتكامل الاستراتيجي علي تميز الخدمة -أحد أبعاد الميزة التنافسية -وأخيراً أشارت النتائج إلى وجود تأثير لبعدين فقط من أبعاد تكامل سلاسل الإمداد وهما التكامل الداخلي والتكامل الخارجي على التكلفة المنخفضة. |
