| 520 | |b This research aims to study the effect of supply chain integration on operational performance by applying it to the Egyptian seaports sector in question. Field data and information were obtained using the survey method, and the researcher conducted validity and reliability tests for this survey, and it became clear that all standard parameters are significant for all survey variables. The sample size reached 400 individuals from managers, heads of departments and workers in the ports in question. 360 questionnaires were valid for analysis, and statistical software packages (SPSS V.23) were relied upon to conduct statistical analysis for this research. The research found that there is a positive significant correlation between the dimensions of supply chain integration and the operational performance dimensions of Egyptian seaports. The results also indicated that there is a significant effect of the supply chain integration dimensions on the operational performance dimensions. Where the results indicated that there is a significant impact of all dimensions of supply chain integration on quality and flexibility- one of the dimensions of operational performance- and finally the results indicated that there is an effect of only two dimensions of supply chain integration, namely internal integration and external integration on speed in delivery and productivity- one of the dimensions of operational performance. | ||
| 520 | |a يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير تكامل سلاسل الإمداد على الأداء التشغيلي وذلك بالتطبيق على قطاع الموانئ البحرية المصرية محل البحث. وتم الحصول على البيانات والمعلومات الميدانية باستخدام أسلوب الاستقصاء، وقامت الباحثة بعمل اختبارات الصدق والثبات لهذا الاستقصاء، واتضح أن جميع المعاملات المعيارية معنوية لجميع متغيرات الاستقصاء. وبلغ حجم العينة ٤٠٠ مفردة من المديرين ورؤساء الأقسام والعاملين بالموانئ محل البحث، كان الصالح للتحليل منها ٣٦٠ استمارة، وتم الاعتماد على حزم البرامج الإحصائية (SPSS V.23) للقيام بالتحليل الإحصائي لهذا البحث. وقد توصل البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوي إيجابي بين أبعاد لتكامل سلاسل الإمداد وأبعاد الأداء التشغيلي بالموانئ البحرية المصرية، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك تأثير معنوي لأبعاد تكامل سلاسل الإمداد على أبعاد الأداء التشغيلي. حيث دلت النتائج إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لجميع أبعاد تكامل سلاسل الإمداد على الجودة والمرونة-أحد أبعاد الأداء التشغيلي-وأخيرا أشارت النتائج إلى وجود تأثير لبعدين فقط من أبعاد تكامل سلاسل الإمداد وهما التكامل الداخلي والتكامل الخارجي على السرعة في التسليم والإنتاجية-أحد أبعاد الأداء التشغيلي. | ||
