| المستخلص: | سلط هذا البحث الأضواء الكاشفة على بعض القواعد التي استعملها علماء الحديث النبوي، وأوضح بجلاء إمكانية توظيفها في عملية ضبط التعامل مع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وقد اشتمل هذا البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومطلبين؛ أولهما: التعريف بقواعد المحدثين، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وبيان أهمية ضبط عملية نقل الأخبار بواسطتها. والمطلب الثاني: القواعد المتعلقة بضبط التداول للمنشورات ونقل الأخبار عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (6 قواعد مختارة). المنهج: قام البحث على اتباع المنهج التأصيلي الاستقرائي التحليلي. الأهداف: هدف البحث إلى تحقيق أهداف عديدة من أبرزها: الوقوف على ما ورد في قواعد المحدثين حول ضبط عملية نقل الروايات وبيان أحوال الرواة، وتوظيفها في ضبط التعامل مع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. وإيجاد الحلول العملية، الواقعية، بأسلوب سهل مبني على القواعد المؤصلة؛ وذلك لمعالجة ظاهرة الاغترار بكل متصدر على وسائل التواصل من غير المؤهلين ولا المتخصصين. النتائج: حقق البحث نتائج كثيرة غاية في الأهمية، من أهمها: وجوب معرفة أحوال الذين يتابع الناس منشوراتهم وما يبثونه من أخبار عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، خاصة ما يتعلق بأمور الدولة والعلوم المختلفة وخصوصيات الناس؛ لحفظ فكر الأمة وثقافتها من الانحراف، وصيانة دينها من التبديل، وحماية هويتها من المسخ، كما أن البحث قد أبرز بجلاء أهمية توظيف قواعد المحدثين في ضبط التعامل مع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. التوصيات: نشر هذه البحوث التأصيلية المرتبطة بالواقع المعاصر بأساليب مناسبة لجمهور الناس. ودعوة ذوي التخصصات العلمية المختلفة الشرعية وغيرها إلى توظيف قواعد علومهم في خدمة الواقع وربطها به بأساليب ميسرة؛ حتى يرتفع مستوى التفكير، وتزداد درجة الحذر والاستيثاق من كل معلومة تعرض عليهم عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. This research sheds the spotlight on some of the rules used by scholars of the Prophet’s hadith (traditions) and clearly explained the possibility of using them in the process of controlling dealing with social media. This research included an introduction, a preamble, and two requirements. The first is Introducing the rules of modernizers, social media and presenting the importance of controlling the process of reporting news with it. The second requirement is the rules related to controlling circulation of publications and the transmission of news via social media (6 selected rules). The Approach: The research was based on following the authentic, inductive and analytical approach. Objectives: The research aims to achieve many objectives, the most prominent of which are: To find out what was mentioned in the rules of the scholars of Hadith (Traditions) about controlling the process of transmission of narrations and explaining the status of narrators, and to use them in controlling dealing with social media. Then finding practical and realistic solutions in an easy manner based on the inherent rules. This is to address the phenomenon of deceit by every unqualified and non-specialized top notch on the social media. Results: This research achieved many results, the most important of which are: the necessity of knowing the conditions of those who people follow their publications and what they transmit through the social media especially what is concerned with the affairs of the country, the different sciences and people's privacy to maintain the nation's thought and culture from deviation as well as maintaining its religion from substitution and protecting its identity from deformation. Also the researcher has shown the importance of employing the rules of scholars of traditions (Hadiths) in controlling treatment with the social media clearly. |
