| 520 | |b The implementation of quality management system according to ISO 9001 standard, calls the HR function; it requires the mobilization of all staff, and to all company levels. The aim of our research is to highlight, through an empirical study, the effects of ISO 9001 certification on human resources management practices in Algerian companies, including training, internal communication and staff involvement. The results from the study showed, on the whole, positive impact of ISO 9001 certification on human resources practices. | ||
| 520 | |d La mise en œuvre de la norme ISO 9001 et sa certification interpellent la fonction ressources humaines, et nécessitent la mobilisation de tout le personnel, et son adhésion à la démarche, à tous les niveaux de l’entreprise. L’objectif de notre recherche est de déterminer, à travers une étude empirique, les effets de la certification ISO 9001 sur les pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines dans les entreprises algériennes, notamment la formation, la communication interne, et l’implication du personnel. Les résultats auxquels nous sommes parvenues, montrent que l’impact de la certification ISO 9001 sur les pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines est, dans l’ensemble, positif. | ||
