| المستخلص: | Scientific research is based on a set of procedures and foundations that the researcher must follow in his research path in order to reach the results and achieve the objectives of the study, and considered previous studies or similar one of the most important of these foundations, as it serves as an important heritage and a rich reference to be seen before starting to Conducting the study, It enables the researcher to crystallize the problem of research and determine its dimensions, such as providing him with many ideas and insights that help him reach the target results, as well as directing him to the appropriate methodology and research tools appropriate to the nature of the study, The questionnaire or the traditional and electronic form is one of the most important and prominent tools used by the researcher to collect data and information from the researchers, whose success and stability depend on the extent to which the researcher adheres to the methodological criteria in the formulation of questions as well as the design criteria. يعتمد البحث العلمي على مجموعة من الإجراءات والأسس التي لابد من الباحث إتباعها في مساره البحثي بغية الوصل إلى نتائج وتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتعتبر الدراسات السابقة أو المشابهة أحد أهم تلك الأسس، إذ تعد بمثابة تراثا هاما ومرجعاً غنياً لابد من الاطلاع عليه قبل البدء في إجراء الدراسة: إذ تمكن الباحث من بلورة مشكلة البحث وتحديد أبعادها، على غرار تزويده بالعديد من الأفكار والرؤى التي تساعده في الوصول إلى النتائج المستهدفة، فضلاً عن توجيهه إلى المنهجية المناسبة والأدوات البحثية المناسبة لطبيعة الدراسة، ويعتبر الاستبيان أو الاستمارة التقليدية والإلكترونية من أهم وأبرز الأدوات التي يستخدمها الباحث لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من المبحوثين، والتي يتوقف نجاحها وثباتها على مدى التزام الباحث بالمعايير المنهجية في صياغة الأسئلة وكذا بالمعايير التصميمية. |
