| المستخلص: | This study aims at identifying the newly developed system in the Algerian universities and the most important new reforms that the Algerian universities have defined. The LMD system is in its three stages (bachelor, master, doctor). It is also the most important obstacles and difficulties that may face the implementation of this system on the ground in Algerian universities According to the perception of some professors under the following variables: structures, equipment and equipment, programs, framing, management and funding, as well as teaching. In order to identify all these problems on the ground, researchers are interviewing some professors from the Institute of Science and Technology Physical activities and sports from Xian Ashour Paljlvh University, and professors from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the same university in addition to a group of professors from the University of Economic Sciences pole Xian Ashour Paljlvh University. Trying to address the most important aspects of this system and the disclosure of the most important shortcomings and obstacles and difficulties that they had encountered during their teaching in order to benefit from the field experience they had with this new system. تهتم هذه الدراسة بالتعرف على النظام المستحدث في الآونة الأخيرة في الجامعات الجزائرية وأهم الإصلاحات الجديدة التي عرفتها الجامعات الجزائرية وهو نظام LMD بأطواره الثلاثة (ليسانس، ماستر، دكتورا)، والوقوف على أهم المعيقات والصعوبات التي قد تواجه تطبيق هذا النظام على أرض الواقع في الجامعات الجزائرية حسب تصور بعض الأساتذة في ظل المتغيرات التالية: الهياكل والعتاد والتجهيزات، البرامج والتأطير والتسيير والتمويل، وكذا التدريس، ومن أجل الوقوف على كل هذه المشاكل ميدانيا، يقوم الباحثون بإجراء مقابلة مع بعض الأساتذة الجامعيين من معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية من جامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة، وأساتذة من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية في نفس الجامعة بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الأساتذة من القطب الجامعي للعلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة. محاولين بذلك التطرق لأهم حيثيات هذا النظام والكشف عن أهم النقائص والمعيقات والصعوبات التي قد واجهوها أثناء مشوارهم التدريسي قصد الاستفادة من خبرتهم الميدانية التي مرو بها مع هذا النظام الجديد. |
