| 520 | |b The establishment of any knowledge requires three conditions: subject, methodology and theories, which is witnessed by the information and communication field during the fifties of the last century, after determining the theme of media phenomena it was the turn of theories and more precisely paradigm; they contain theories and methods of their own curriculum,and during this period the cybernetic paradigm was the most prominent paradigm through which guide and control information and communication research. This study concerned with the relationship between the cybernetic paradigm the one hand and science of information and communication on the other hand, by applying the method open systemic and content analysis tool related to cybernetic publication and this in order to know how this paradigm contribute in the media field. In fact this study come to highlight the importance of this paradigm in media field, by referring to the most important points studied by this paradigm in a content analysis form study. After three chain saws from the publisher cairn info institutions, content analysis, as well as theoretical study it became clear that the study of this paradigm and despite being a paradigm founder of the science of information and communication, but it does not have the same importance of the study and scientific analysis, which would impact negatively the subjects studied by this paradigm in media field, not only this, but the marginalization of the founders of this paradigm from the first generation, passing through the second generation right down to the third generation, also the concepts and models provided under the paradigm effected by this negligence which is obvious specially in the nature of office studies. | ||
| 520 | |a يتطلب تأسيس أي علم استيفاء ثلاث شروط؛ موضوع، منهج ونظريات، وهو ما شهده حقل الإعلام والاتصال خلال خمسينيات القرن الماضي، فبعد تحديد موضوعه المتمثل في الظواهر الإعلامية، وتوظيفه للمناهج المتداولة في أدبيات العلوم الإنسانية عموما، كان الدور على النظريات وبتعبير أدق البراديغمات كونها تحوي نظريات ومناهج خاصة بها، وخلال هذه الفترة كان البراديغم السيبرنطيقي أبرز البراديغمات توجيها وتحكما في بحوث الإعلام والاتصال. حيث سعت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز العلاقة بين البراديغم السيبرنطيقي من جهة وعلوم الإعلام والاتصال من جهة أخرى، عن طريق تطبيق المنهج النسقي المفتوح الحاص بالبراديغم السيبرنطيقي وأداة تحليل المحتوى المتعلقة بالمنشورات السيبرنطيقية، من أجل معرفة آلية مساهمة هذا البراديغم في الحقل الإعلامي. وتأتي هذه الدراسة أيضا لتحاول إبراز أهمية هذا البراديغم في الحقل الإعلامي؛ من خلال الإشارة إلى أهم المرتكزات المعرفية التي يدرسها البراديغم والمذكورة في فئات استمارة تحليل المحتوى الخاصة بالدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة بعد تحليل محتوى ثلاث مناشير من مؤسسات قاعدة البيانات cairn.info وكذا الدراسة النظرية، أن البراديغم السيبرنطيقي وعلى الرغم من كونه براديغم مؤسس لعلوم الإعلام والاتصال، إلا أنه لا يحظى بنفس الأهمية من الدراسة والتحليل العلمي، وهو ما أثر بشكل سلبي على المواضيع التي يدرسها البراديغم في الحقل الإعلامي، ليس هذا فحسب بل تهميش لمؤسسي هذا البراديغم، انطلاقا من الجيل الأول، مرورا بالجيل الثاني، وصولا إلى الجيل الثالث، كما أن المفاهيم والنماذج المقدمة في إطار هذا البراديغم كانت نسبتها ضعيفة جدا إذا ما قورنت بالطبيعة المكتبية للدراسة. | ||
