| المستخلص: | L’automutilation chez les adolescents n’est pas nouveau un phénomène mais elle est de plus en plus fréquente. C'est pourquoi cette étude vise à trouver la relation entre l’automutilation et l'adaptation psychologique et sociale, cette dernière est considérée comme un sujet aussi important. Notre étude vise également à proposer des solutions préventives et thérapeutiques pour réduire ce phénomène et sauver le maximum des adolescents. Ce travail est organisé en trois chapitres théoriques: Le premier chapitre porte sur l'automutilation, le deuxième est consacré à l'adaptation psychologique et sociale, le dernier chapitre traite le sujet de l'adolescence et ses caractéristiques. Concernant la partie pratique nous avons appliqué l'approche descriptive et préparé un formulaire de recherche selon les hypothèses de l'étude, les résultats ont confirmé qu'il existe une relation entre l’automutilation et l'adaptation psychologique et sociale. The self-mutilation at the teenagers is not new a phenomenon but it is becoming more frequent; that is why this study aims at finding the relation between the self-mutilation and the psychological and social adaptation. The latter is considered a so important subject. Our study also aims at proposing preventive and therapeutic solutions to reduce this phenomenon and to save as many teenagers as possible. This work is organized into three theoretical chapters: The first chapter deals with self-harm, the second is devoted to psychological and social adaptation, and the last chapter deals with the subject of adolescence and its characteristics, Concerning the practical part we applied the descriptive approach, the results confirmed that there is a relation between the self-harm and the psychological and social adaptation. تعد ظاهرة العنف الموجه نحو الذات واسعة الانتشار بين المراهقين، ولهذا السبب كانت هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى البحث عن العلاقة بين العنف الموجه نحو الذات والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي والذي يعتبر هو الآخر موضوعا مهما جدا على الساحة العلمية كونه يعد دليلا على تمتع الإنسان بالصحة النفسية والاجتماعية وخلوه من الأمراض والاضطرابات، وكذا محاولة اقتراح بعض الحلول الوقائية والعلاجية للإنقاص من حجم الظاهرة وإنقاذ ما يمكن إنقاذه من المراهقين. |
