| المستخلص: | إن التداول السلمي للسلطة في ظل مجتمع ديمقراطي يتطلب ويفرض وجود تعددية سياسية، تجسد وتعبر عن حالة التعددية التي يعيشها المجتمع، وهذه التعددية السياسية تقوم على أساس وجود تنظيمات وسيطة بين الشعب والحكومة تنظم العملية السياسية، من أبرزها الأحزاب السياسية التي أصبحت في الوقت الراهن تمثل ظاهرة مهمة يصعب التخلي عنها في النظم السياسية الديمقراطية الحديثة، لأنها تقوم بمجموعة وظائف مهمة من بيها: التنظيم الفكري، والاتصال، وتأهيل الناخبين للمشاركة بالحياة السياسية وتنظيم المشاركة السياسية من خلال تعبئة الجماهير، ويهدف هذا البحث بشكل أساسي إلى محاولة بيان طبيعة العلاقة الرابطة ما بين التعددية السياسية والتعددية الحزبية في المجتمعات الديمقراطية الحديثة. The peaceful transfer of power in the shadow of a democratic society requires and imposes the existence of political pluralism, which embodies and expresses the state of pluralism experienced by the society. This political pluralism is based on the existence of intermediate organizations between the people and the government that organize the political process. The most prominent of them are political parties, which have become at the present time an important phenomenon that is difficult to abandon in modern democratic political systems, because they perform a set of important functions, including: intellectual organization, communication, qualifying voters to participate in political life, and organizing political participation through mobilizing the masses. The main objective of this research is to attempt to explain the nature of the linking relationship between political pluralism and party pluralism in modern democratic societies.
