| المستخلص: | Le but de cette étude est d'identifier le niveau d'épuisement psychologique "burnout" selon ses trois dimensions (épuisement émotionnel, détresse émotionnelle et manque d'accomplissement personnel) parmi les infirmières travaillant dans le secteur de la santé. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, les chercheurs ont utilisé l'approche descriptive et l'inventaire d'épuisement professionnel de Christina Maslach, dans lequel l'échantillon de l'étude comptait 60 infirmières actives (mariées et célibataires) à l'hôpital public d'Ain Fakron, dans l'État d'Oum-el-Bouaghi. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of psychological burnout according to its three dimensions (emotional exhaustion, emotional distress, and lack of personal achievement) among nurses working in the health sector. To achieve these objectives, the researchers used the descriptive approach and the Christina Maslach burnout inventory where the sample study consisted of 60 working nurses (married and unmarried) in the public hospital at Ain Fakron city, State of Oum-el-Bouaghi. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى الممرضات العاملات في القطاع الصحي ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي ومقياس "ماسلاش" للاحتراق النفسي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) ممرضة عاملة (متزوجة وغير متزوجة) في المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية بعين فكرون ولاية أم البواقي وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أفراد العينة يعانون من مستويات عالية للاحتراق النفسي، حيث أن 70% من أفراد عينة الدراسة يعانون من الإنهاك العاطفي، و65% من أفراد العينة يعانون من تبلد المشاعر، في حين أن نسبة 68,33% من عينة الدراسة يعانون من نقص الإنجاز الشخصي. |
