| 520 | |f Many works have studied the impact of credit rating on banks by focusing on the informational role of credit rating agencies. The financial theory provides an accurate analysis of the impact of these agencies on the banking sector by combining the analytical framework of the credit rating process and decisions taken. Thus, seeking to institutionalize credit ranking in the Algerian banking sector allows national financial authorities to monitor the development of banking risks in Algeria, including bankruptcies that threaten macroeconomic stability. | 520 | |d Plusieurs travaux ont étudié l'impact du rating sur les banques notées, en se basant sur le rôle informationnel des agences de notation. La théorie financière apporte un éclairage original et pertinent sur l'influence des agences de notation dans le secteur bancaire. En combinant ce cadre d'analyse à la démarche de notation et aux décisions du cadre règlementaire, cette recherche analyse le processus d'institutionnalisation de la notation dans le secteur bancaire algérien ainsi que Cette mesure permettra aux Banque d’Algérie de surveiller de près l’évolution des risques bancaires du pays, dont les faillites et les banqueroutes qui menaceraient la stabilité macro-économique du pays.
