Pour cela, il est devenu impératif de préparer l’apprenant en le dotant de compétences et de connaissances à même de lui permettre de faire face à toute situation et de prendre les meilleures décisions dans sa vie de tous les jours. Ainsi le choix de l’approche par compétences a été retenu, approche qui vise à doter la ressource humaine - l’enseignent -, à intégrer les contenus, méthodes et activités d’apprentissage dans son travail pédagogique. | ||

This has become a must due to the big changes that have affected all aspects of the individual’s life and to the incredible progress in teaching technologies. It has thus become necessary to arm the learner with the competencies and knowledge that will enable him to face future challenges and take the best decisions for success in his everyday life. This is why the competency-based approach was chosen. This modern approach aims at giving the human resource -the teacher- the ability to integrate the contents, methods and learning activities in his pedagogy. | ||
| 520 | |a لقد شهد العالم في السنوات الأخيرة حركة نشيطة وديناميكية في مراجعة وتحديث المناهج في مختلف المراحل الدراسية. وقد كانت هذه الحركة حتمية نتيجة التغيرات التي مست مختلف نواحي حياة الفرد، بما فيها الجانب الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والثقافي وخاصة الانفجار المعرفي في مختلف المجالات والمتعلق بالتكنولوجيات التعليمية. لهذا من الضروري إعداد المتعلم للتفاعل والتكيف مع المجتمع والمساهمة في تطويره وذلك من خلال تزويده بكفاءات ومعارف تشكل أدوات تسمح له من مواجهة مختلف الوضعيات والمواقف في الحياة اليومية بنجاح. وفي هذا السياق جاء اختيار المقاربة بالكفاءات في بناء المناهج، وهي تصور ومنهج لتنظيم العملية التعليمية/التعلمية، مقاربة ذات نظرة جديدة يوظف فيها المورد البشري-المعلم-بيداغوجيا الإدماج لمحتويات التعليم وطرائق التدريس والأنشطة التعليمية. | ||
