| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تعرف "مدى توافر الكفايات الأدائية لمدرسي اللغة العربية في محافظة كربلاء المقدسة ودرجة توظيفهم لها في ضوء معايير الاقتصاد المعرفي." وتكونت عينة البحث من (170) مدرسا ومدرسة، اختيرت بالطريقة القصدية؛ لقلة الاعداد، ولأغراض البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وأعد (استبانة بجزأين) تكون الأول من (20) فقرة، لمعرفة درجة توافر الكفايات الأدائية لمدرسي اللغة العربية في محافظة كربلاء المقدسة. و(الجزء الثاني) تكون من (7) مجالات كل مجال تكون من 3 فقرات، لمعرفة درجة توظيف الكفايات الأدائية في ضوء معايير الاقتصاد المعرفي. وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: - أن درجة توافر الكفايات الأدائية لمدرسي اللغة العربية في محافظة كربلاء المقدسة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي تراوح بين (2.10 – 1.63). - درجة توظيف الكفايات الأدائية في ضوء معايير الاقتصاد المعرفي جاءت بدرجة تقييم متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي تراوح بين (1.98 – 2.26). وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات. The aim of the research is to find out "the availability of performance competencies for Arabic language teachers in the holy province of Karbala and the degree to which they employ them in light of the criteria of knowledge economy." The research sample consisted of (170) male and female teachers, chosen by the intentional method. Due to the lack of numbers, and for research purposes, the researcher used the descriptive method and prepared (two questionnaires), the first consisting of (20) paragraphs, to find out the degree of availability of performance competencies for Arabic language teachers in the holy province of Karbala. And (a second questionnaire) consisted of (7) fields, to find out the degree of employment of performance competencies in light of the criteria of knowledge economy. The research reached the following results: -The degree of availability of performance competencies for Arabic language teachers in the holy Karbala Governorate came with a degree Medium and average arithmetic ranged between (2.10-1.63). - The degree of employing performance competencies in the light of the knowledge economy standards came with a medium evaluation score arithmetic ranged between ( 1.98– 2.26). In light of these results, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations . |
