| المستخلص: | هذا البحث جعلته في توجيه كلام الأوزاعي في قرة بن عبد الرحمن، وهو ممن اختلف النقاد في مرتبته ومنزلته، فصاروا فيه بين معدل ومجرح، وفي هذا البحث: 1- توجيه قول الأوزاعي فيه، بحمله على غير الحديث، من نحو: سيرة أو خلق أو غير ذلك، ويعضد هذا التوجيه: أ. النظر في مروياته، فبعد سبرها تبين أن له حديث كثير يستنكر عليه. ب. اختلاف النقاد فيه، وجمهورهم على ضعفه، وفيهم من اطرح حديثه. ج. مقارنته بأصحاب الزهري. 2-الحكم النهائي على قرة بن عبد الرحمن: محله الصدق، لين الحيث، يكتب حديثه للاعتبار This research handles the rationalizing of Al-Awzaei opinion about Qurrah bin Abdurrahman who critics disagreed about his rank and position, as some discredited him and others authenticated him. This research includes the following: 1. Attributing Al-Awzaei opinion about Qurrah bin Abdurrahman to his biography, behavior and etc., not to his Hadith. This opinion is supported by the following: A. Considering his narrations which reveals that he has many rejected Ahadith. B. The critics different opinions about him, as the community of scholars considered him weak and some of them rejected his hadith. C. Comparing him to Al-Zuhri companions. 2. The final opinion on Qurrah bin Abdurrahman is that he is trustworthy and his Hadith is somehow weak but his Hadith may be written for consideration. |
