| 520 | |a في ظل التطورات التي اتسمت بتصاعد حدة الاحتقان والتوتر بين الإسلاميين والعلمانيين بزعامة العسكر والتي اتهمت الإسلاميين بالسعي لتغيير طبيعة النظام واسلمة مؤسساته، ولد حزب العدالة والتنمية، الذي أخذ هذا الإرث من الشكوك يلاحق هذا الحزب الجديد وينظر إليه بأنه امتداد عملي للتيارات الإسلامية السابقة، لذلك فقد اعتمدت قيادات الحزب أساليب جديدة في العمل تحول دون مواجه مع النظام وطبيعته المتجذرة وعدم إعطاء المبررات لتكرار أحداث عام ١٩٩٧ م، وفي الوقت نفسه حاول الحزب بلورة فلسفته الإسلامية السياسية وتحقيق تفاعلها في بناء الدولة والأمة تدريجيا مع مراحل وصوله إلى الحكم وتجذير وتوسيع قاعدته الشعبية والبرلمانية في البلاد. جاء الاختيار لموضوع الإسلام السياسي ودوره في إدارة الدولة: تجربة العدالة والتنمية في تركيا أنموذجا ٢٠٠٢- ٢٠٠٧، للوقوف على أبرز التحولات التي طرحها في منهج إدارته وفق فلسفة الإسلام السياسي الجديدة. تضمن الدراسة ثلاث مباحث رئيسة فضلا عن مقدمة وخاتمة، استعرض الأول: الإسلام السياسي في تركيا من حيث المفهوم والجذور، فيما عرض الثاني: ظهور حزب العدالة والتنمية ووصوله إلى السلطة في تركيا، أما الثالث: تضمن منهجية حزب العدالة والتنمية في إدارة الدولة. | ||
| 520 | |b In light of developments marked by the escalation of tension and tension between Islamists and secularists led by the military, which accused the Islamists of seeking to change the nature of the regime and Islamize its institutions, the Justice and Development Party, which took this legacy of suspicion, was pursuing this new party and is seen as a practical extension of previous Islamic currents. The party leaderships adopted new methods of work that prevent a confrontation with the regime and its rooted nature and not give justifications for the repetition of the events of 1997 CE, and at the same time the party tried to crystallize its Islamic political philosophy and achieve its interaction in building the state and nation gradually with the stages of its arrival to power and the rooting and expansion of its popular and parliamentary base in the country. The choice was made for the issue of political Islam and its role in the administration of the state: the experience of justice and development in Turkey as a model 2002-2007, to stand on the most prominent changes that he proposed in the methodology of his administration according to the new philosophy of political Islam. The study includes three main topics as well as an introduction and a conclusion. The first is presented: political Islam in Turkey in terms of concept and roots, while the second is presented: the emergence of the Justice and Development Party and its access to power in Turkey, and the third: It includes the methodology of the Justice and Development Party in running the state. | ||
