| المستخلص: | لقد تناولت الدراسة واقع الثقافة والمثقف العلماني العراقي، الذي يحاول تعميم وتطبيق التجربة العلمانية الليبرالية الغربية علي واقعه الاجتماعي ومنظومته القيمية المتمثلة بالحضارة الإسلامية متوهما تشابه النظم الحضارية الدينية، فكما طبقت تجربة العلمانية في الغرب بسلخ المسيحية والكنيسة عن منظومتها الحياتية بمبادئ وعقائد الماديات الإلحادية، تصور ذلك المثقف أن الحال سيتكرر في التجربة العراقية متسلحا ومستقويا بآليات ميكانزمات ثقافية فكرية تعينه على ذلك الثورة الاتصالاتية، وترويجها لثقافة العلمنة والعولمة. لقد تناولت الدراسة الإشكالية المفاهيمية في مضامين العولمة والثقافة والمثقف وكيف يعيش المثقف العلماني أزمة صراع قيمي، وأخذت الدراسة أحد المثقفين العلمانيين كانموذج يحاكي واقع المثقفين العلمانيين في تقلباتهم الفكرية والسياسية والاجتماعية، مؤشرة إلى عدد من الإشكاليات والهفوات في ما كتبه عن المجتمع العراقي في كتاب العمامة والأفندي، كما دخلت الدراسة شارع المتنبي مركز الثقافة البغدادية العراقية واقفة على الحركة الأدبية والفكرية هناك، مستعينة بالمقابلات والمخبرين، والملاحظة بالمشاهدة والمشاركة معتمدة المنهج التحليلي الاثنوجرافي، وقد تضمنت الدراسة ستة محاور. The study dealt with the reality of the Iraqi secular culture and intellectual, which is trying to generalize and apply the liberal secular Western experience to his social reality and his value system of Islamic civilization, deluding that the religious civilizational systems is similar, just as the experience of secularism in the West was applied to the separation of Christianity and the Church from the life system with the principles of atheistic materialism, Imagine that the situation will be repeated in the Iraqi experience, armed and seduced by cultural intellectual mechanisms that are designated by the communications revolution and its promotion of a culture of secularization and globalization. The conceptual problematic study dealt with the contents of globalization, culture and the intellectual and how the secular intellectual lives a crisis of values conflict, and the study took one of the secular intellectuals as a model that simulates the reality of secular intellectuals in their intellectual, political and social fluctuations, indicating a number of problems and lapses in what he wrote about Iraqi society in the book of "Al-Emmama wal Effendi" The study also entered Al-Mutanabi Street, the center of the Iraqi Baghdad culture, standing on the literary and intellectual movement there, using interviews and informants, and the observation with participation adopting the ethnographic analytical method.
