| المستخلص: | The muezzin and the cleaner are active agents in the mosque who effectively determine the different activities of the mosque within the Islamic community. The success of each function requires the full awarness of the assignee of the various tasks that are missioned to him with a set of ethical values that define him. Also, it has become a must to mention that the tasks of the cleaner are closely related to the doorman's tasks taking into consideration many organizational and customary objectives. So that, the acceptance and conciliation of each work depends on each one's good intention to get the reward from Allah that is already indicated in the sacred text. However, it is a nessecity to associate patience and righteousness with each movement because they are keys to go on. يعتبر المؤذن والمنظف عنصران مسجديان فاعلان بشكل كبير في مختلف الأنشطة المسجدية التي يضطلع بها داخل المجتمع الإسلامي، ولا شك أن نجاح وظيفة كل واحد منهما يتطلب من المكلف بها أن يكون على إلمام واستيعاب تام لمختلف المهام المنوطة به، مع التحلي بمجموعة من القيم الأخلاقية التي تعينه في أداء مهمته وتجعله محبوبا مقبولا عند مرتادي المسجد، وبات من الجدير بالذكر أن يعتبر مهام المنظف لصيقا بمهام البواب، نظرا لعدة اعتبارات عرفية وتنظيمية، مع أن مفتاح التوفيق والقبول في كلا العملين رهين بالنية الصالحة في احتساب أجر العمل الذي دل عليه النص ثبوتا، مع لزوم الصبر المصاحب لكل حركة وسكون في ذلك لأنه مفتاح الاستمرار. |
