| 520 | |a تأتي أهمية هذه الدراسة في إطار إبراز الدور المهم للإعلام الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية ونشر البحث العلمي خصوصا وأنه لعب دورا مهما جدا في ظل جائحة كورونا Covide-19 وذلك عن طريق التحول من التعلم على أرض الواقع إلى التعلم عن بعد من خلال الوسائط المتعددة أو ما يعرف بشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، ناهيك عن التطبيقات العلمية والتعليمية والقنوات والمنصات الإسفيرية التي أسهمت بشكل كبير في إثراء العملية التعليمية ونشر البحث العلمي عبر المواقع المختلفة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الإعلام الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية ونشر البحث العلمي وتوجيه الطاقات والإمكانيات الإعلامية للمساهمة في عملية التعليم ونشر الأبحاث العلمية بمختلف مجالاتها واختصاصاتها وتوفر البيئة المناسبة والمناخ الملائم لهذه العملية المهمة في ظل استحواذ الوسائل والوسائط الرقمية الإلكترونية على مسارات الحياة المختلفة. ويرجع سبب اختيار هذا الموضوع إلى كونه من المواضيع التي لها من الأهمية بمكان أن توضع بعين الاعتبار للدرس والبحث والتمحيص والتحليل، وعمل الدراسات اللازمة للاستفادة من الثورة المعلوماتية الرقمية الضخمة في نشر البحث العلمي بمختلف مجالاته، والاستفادة من الإمكانيات الإعلامية وصقلها إلكترونيا للمساهمة في العملية التعليمية، لما لها من قبول وتوفر وسرعة وسهولة في إيصال المعلومة وذلك سواء كان عن طريق الأبحاث العلمية أو عن طريق القاعات والقنوات والمنصات الافتراضية. ومما يضفى على هذه الدراسة طابعها الأصيل هو تعرضها لأهمية دور الإعلام الالكتروني في العملية التعليمية ونشر البحث العلمي ودعم الباحثين والأكاديميين والمختصين والمهتمين بالشأن العلمي والتعليمي. وفي إطار هذه الورقة، قمنا بالإجابة على الأسئلة التالية: هل نحن بحاجة للاستفادة من تقنيات وإمكانيات الإعلام الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية ونشر البحث العلمي؟ ، هل له دور في تطوير العملية التعليمية؟ ، هل الإعلام الإلكتروني يسهم في عملية نشر البحث العلمي؟، هل يساهم في دعم وتحفيز مستوى النشر العلمي والعملية التعليمية؟، ما مدى تأثير شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على عمليتي التعليم ونشر الأبحاث العلمية؟ ، كيف نستطيع توظيف إمكانيات الإعلام الإلكتروني في دعم التعليم ونشر الأبحاث العلمية؟، ما هي إيجابيات وسلبيات توظيف الوسائط المتعددة في عملية التعليم ونشر البحث العلمي؟ انتهج البحث في هذه الورقة المناهج التحليلي، الوصفي، المقارن، التاريخي في دراستها؛ وذلك بهدف توضيح أهمية ومساهمة الإعلام الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية ونشر البحث العلمي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية توظيف الإعلام الإلكتروني وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في دعم وتحفيز عمليتي التعليم والتعلم وكذلك نشر البحث العلمي والنهوض بمستوى التعليم، كون أن جانب البرامج والمصادر الرقمية والوسائط المتعددة بما فيها شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، تلعب دورا مهما في تطوير المستوى العلمي بكافة أشكاله وصوره. | ||

This study aims to shed light on the importance of electronic media in the educational process and the dissemination of scientific research and directing energies and media capabilities to contribute to the education process and dissemination of scientific research in its various fields and specializations and to provide the appropriate environment and climate for this important process in light of the acquisition of electronic digital means and media on the various life paths The reason for choosing this topic is because it is one of the topics that are of great importance to be taken into account for study, research, scrutiny and analysis, and the necessary studies to take advantage of the huge digital information revolution in the dissemination of scientific research in its various fields, and to benefit from the media capabilities and refine them electronically to contribute to the educational process, Because of its acceptance, availability, speed and ease in the delivery of information, whether through scientific research or through virtual halls, channels and platforms.What gives this study its original character is its exposure to the importance of the role of electronic media in the educational process, the dissemination of scientific research and the support of researchers, academics, specialists and those interested in scientific and educational affairs.In the framework of this paper, we have answered the following questions:- Do we need to take advantage of the technologies and capabilities of electronic media in the educational process and the dissemination of scientific research?- Does it have a role in developing the educational process?Do electronic media contribute to the dissemination of scientific research?Does it contribute to supporting and motivating the level of scientific publishing and the educational process? What is the extent of the impact of social networks on the educational process and the dissemination of scientific research? How can we employ the capabilities of electronic media to support education and disseminate scientific research? What are the pros and cons of using multimedia in the process of education and the dissemination of scientific research? In this paper, the researcher adopted the analytical, descriptive, comparative, and historical methods in her study; with the aim of clarifying the importance and contribution of electronic media to the educational process and the dissemination of scientific research. The study concluded the importance of employing electronic media and social networks in supporting and motivating the teaching and learning process, as well as the dissemination of scientific research and the advancement of the level of education, since the aspect of digital programs and resources and multimedia, including social networks, play an important role in developing the scientific level in all its forms and images. | ||
