| المستخلص: | شهد العالم خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية عددا من المتغيرات الأساسية والتي طالت مختلف جوانب الحياه المعاصرة ومست كافة المؤسسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والتعليمية في دول العالم على اختلاف درجاتها في التقدم والنمو وتتركز أهم مسببات هذا التغيير في : الثورة العلمية التي أسهمت في تحرير الطاقات البشرية واستثمار مصادر الطبيعة واستغلال الثروات الكامنة إلى أبعد مدى يمكن للعقل الإنساني تصوره ، الثورة الكبيرة في مجالات الاتصال وما تحققه من ربط بين أجزاء العالم والتكامل والاندماج بين تقنيات الحاسبات الألية والاتصالات لتشكيل التقنية الأكثر فعالية في عصرنا وترتب على تلك المتغيرات ظاهرة العولمة والتي تتيح الفرص للانتشار واستخدام طاقات تتجاوز الحيز المحلى لأى منظمه تتعامل في مجالات الإنتاج والخدمات وتحقق الوصول لشرائح في الأسواق العالمية ومصادر للموارد في مختلف أجزاء العالم والتي كان الوصول إليها من قبل أقرب للمستحيل منه إلى الممكن حيث أن العولمة أدت لانهيار مفهوم الزمان حيث تداخلت الأزمنة الثلاثة الماضي والحاضر والمستقبل بفضل التقنيات المتاحة وتحول الوقت من قيد إلى مورد وتخافتت مفاهيم الانعزالية والتباعد بين المنظمات ووحداتها الداخلية وبزغت مفاهيم التحالفات وسيادة منطق التكامل بدلاً من التجزأ وظهر مفهوم اقتصاد المعرفة وهو توظيف المعرفة لتحقيق فوائد اقتصاديه بأن تكون المعرفة هي المحرك الرئيسي للنمو الاقتصادي الذى يعتمد على المعرفة الفنية و الإبداع والتعليم. فقد أصبحت المنظومات مطالبه بتطوير إدارتها لتتسم بقدرات عالية على التصور والمبادأه وزيادة الاهتمام بالجانب المهارى للإنسان ودراسة الوسائل العلمية التي تعتمد على هذه المعارف، ومساهمةً منا في ترسيخ كيفية الاستفادة من اقتصاد المعرفة كان من الواجب تقديم اقتراح لكيفية استغلال مفاهيم وأليات تطبيق مفهوم اقتصاد المعرفة في إيجاد كيفيه لتطوير التعليم النسجي بصفةً خاصه وكذلك إيجاد أليه لتنمية مهارات العاملين داخل المنظمات الصناعية النسجيه بالتركيز على المهارات الابتكارية للطلاب والعاملين في المجال الصناعي النسجى وتوظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات للتعاون والعمل بروح الفريق للحاق بركب الصناعة العالمية. مشكلة البحث : 1- غياب النشاطات الإبتكاريه في عملية التعليم النسجى. 2- عدم وجود أنظمه لمشاركة العاملين في وضع السياسات العامة والأهداف للشركات النسجيه وضعف قنوات الاتصال بين العاملين في الإدارات المختلفة للمنشأة الصناعية النسجيه. 3- نقص كفاءة العاملين بسبب عدم وجود نظم للتدريب وإظهار الروح الإبداعيه لدى العاملين. هدف البحث: وضع التخطيط الاستراتيجي لإعداد متعلم وعامل صالح متكامل الشخصية له القدرة على الإسهام والتفاعل الإيجابي مع متغيرات العصر باستخدام مفاهيم اقتصاد المعرفة. منهجية البحث: يتبع البحث المنهج الاستقرائي في التدليل على قدرة اقتصاد المعرفة على تطوير التعليم (من خلال المؤشرات العالمية لاقتصاد المعرفة مثل KEI وغيرها( ، والمنهج التجريبي التحليلي في التدليل على قدرة اقتصاد المعرفة على رفع كفاءة العاملين بالمؤسسات النسجيه . فروض البحث : 1- تطبيق مفاهيم اقتصاد المعرفة بما لها من قدره على دعم الإبداع يؤدى لتنمية مهارات المتعلم 2- تطبيق أسلوب اقتصاد المعرفة في المؤسسات الصناعية النسجيه بما له من قدره على تحقيق احترام الأفراد سيؤدى إلى: التوظيف مدي الحياة والإدارة بالإجماع في اتخاذ القرار. التوصيات : 1- قيام الحكومة في رسم سياستها في ضوء تنمية الاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة. 2- سعى وزارات التعليم الصناعي والكليات المعنية في اكتشاف مواهب الطلاب واستغلال طاقاتهم بأفضل شكل ممكن. 3- تدعيم المؤسسات الصناعية لمفاهيم الاقتصاد المعرفي لتنمية مهارات العاملين لديها ورفع كفاءة الأداء الإنتاجي. النتائج : 1. تطبيق مفهوم وأليات اقتصاد المعرفة ساعد في رفع كفاءة العاملين في الشركة محل الدراسة 2. تطبيق مفهوم اقتصاد المعرفة يرفع كفاءة التعليم النسجى طبقا للمؤشرات العالمية. The world has witnessed a number of fundamental changes over the past few years that have affected various aspects of modern life and all economics, such as, social, political and educational institutions around the world with different degrees of progress and growth, The most important causes of this change representing in scientific revolution that participated in liberation of human energies and investment of natural resources and exploitation of the potential wealth to the extent that the human mind can imagine, the great revolution in the field of communication, and the connection between the parts of the world as well as the integration between the techniques of computers and communications to form The most effective technology in our time. The results of these variables back to globalization, which provides opportunities for diffusion and the use of energies beyond the local space of any organization, that dealing in production, services and access to some kind of slides in the international markets and sources of resources in different parts of the world, which were accessed by the nearest impossible. On the other side, globalization led to the collapse of the concept of time, whereas time overlapped, the present , the past, and the future have overlapped with the available technologies, turning the time from a constraint to a resource, as the concepts of isolationism and divergence fight each other, in terms of its internal units, alliances concepts which has been dominated, rather than emerged fragmentation, as the concept of knowledge economy becomes the main engine of economic growth, which depends on technical knowledge, creativity and education. The systems are required to develop its management to take high capabilities in terms of perception, principles and increase interest in the skillful aspect of human and scientific methods that rely on this knowledge. In order to promote the benefit of knowledge economy, a proposal on how to benefit from the concepts and mechanisms of applying the concept of knowledge economy to find ways of developing textile education, in particular, as well as finding mechanism to develop the skills of workers within industrial textile organizations by focusing on the innovative skills of students and workers in the textile industrial field and employing the information technology to cooperate and work through teamwork to catch up with the international industry. Research problem: 1. The absence of innovative activities in the process of textile education. 2. The absence of systems for the workers participation to form public policies and objectives of textile companies and weak of communication channels between workers in various departments of the textile industry. 3. Lack of efficiency of employees due to lack of training systems and demonstrating the creative spirit of workers. Search Objectives: To set strategic planning for the preparation of the learner and full capacity worker has the ability to contribute and interact positively with the variables of the age, using the concepts of knowledge economy. Research Methodology: The research follows the inductive approach to indicate the ability of the knowledge economy to develop education (through global indicators of knowledge economy, such as KEI and others), and the analytical experimental approach in demonstrating the ability of the knowledge economy to raise the efficiency of workers in textile institutions. Research Hypotheses: 1- Applying the concepts of knowledge economy with its ability to support creativity leads to the development of the skills of the learner. 2- Applying the method of knowledge economy in textile industrial enterprises with its ability to achieve the respect of individuals, which leads to: lifetime employment and unanimous management in the decision-making. Recommendations: 1- The government should formulate its policy in the light of knowledge-based on economic development. 2- The ministries of industrial education and concerned colleges to discover the talents of students and to exploit their energies in the best possible way. 3- Strengthening the industrial institutions of the concepts of knowledge economy to develop the skills of their employees and raise the efficiency of productive performance. Results: 1. The application of the concept and mechanisms of the knowledge economy which helped in raising the efficiency of the employees in the company under study. 2. Application of the concept of knowledge economy will increases the efficiency of textile education according to international indicators. |
