| المستخلص: | In the Dialectical relationship between imprisonment and criminality, the mind wanders about the relationship between those two variables. Not every prisoner is a criminal, and not every criminal is imprisoned. There are victims of crime in prisons while there are offenders of the crime, who are out of prisons and this is what arouses the researcher in the relationship between prison and criminality. There is a goal of the research on the dialectical relationship between the criminal and the victim, but often the victim is a victim of the misuse of justice itself and the hereby question is, which justice is being applied? Marty Price supposes the same question in an article titled (Victims of the misuse of justice) Marty says: «Crime in our judicial system is defined as an act against the state, rather than an offense committed against individuals or groups, because the legislator protects the state and does not care about individuals, The so-called the accusers, rights have been violated rather than being respected and this is the so-called social justice system in The American Society. The researchers point of view is that there is a special psychological alignment within the criminal, that helps him to choose a victim and goes the prison, so that; there is psychological formation of the criminal in the selection of the victim because the victim in the hands of the offender. The researcher found that there is a scientific psychological formation within the criminal, which helps the individual to choose a victim and put him / her in prison. Therefore; there is a psychological formation in part of the criminal but there is also one that is specific to the victim who are preys in the hands of a criminal The aim of the research was to know the psychological formation of the prisoner and what psychological disorders he was subjected to. The objective of the research is a case study of the victim; using projective techniques. The method used was the psychoanalysis where the results revealed the following; feelings of anxiety, depression and delusions within the psychological formation of the victim in prison; they are disorders that begin with existential anxiety. |
