| 520 | |a في ظل جائحة كورونا (كوفيد 19) وكذلك ما تعرضت له الأمم من كوراث طبيعية مختلفة مثل الزلازل، الفيضانات، الأعاصير، وتعرضها لخوض الحروب لفترات طويلة مما ينتج عن ذلك توقف الحركة بشكل جزئي وبشكل كلي في بعض الأحيان. وينتج عن ذلك التوقف وعدم القدرة على تقديم الخدمات التأهيلية والتشخيصية لفترات طويلة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بوجه عام والأطفال المعاقين عقليا بشكل خاص، ونتج عن ذلك القصور أو التوقف الكلي أو الجزئي في تلك الخدمات، والتراجع في أداء الحالات واكتسابها لمهارات اللغة، وللوقوف على تأثير جائحة كورونا على لغة الأطفال المعاقين عقليا من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور، أعد الباحث استبانة تتكون من () عبارة موزعة على بعدين هما اللغة التعبيرية واللغة الاستقبالية وتم نشر الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة المكونة من () ولي أمر بعد أن تأكد الباحث من صدق وثبات الاستبانة وصلاحيتها لغرض الدراسة، وجاءت نتائج الدراسة كالتالي، نتيجة لتوقف الخدمات المقدمة أثناء جائحة كورونا حدث فقدان لمهارات اللغة التعبيرية بينما كان تأثيرها أقل على اللغة الاستقبالية للطفل المعاق عقليا من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور، كما تبين أن تأثير الجائحة على الأطفال المعاقين عقليا إعاقة شديدة كان بدرجة أكثر وضوحا من الإعاقتين الشديدة والمتوسطة، لذلك ظهرت بعض المنصات التي تقدم الخدمات بمختلف أنواعها مثل الخدمات التدريبية والتأهيلية واستهدفت تلك المنصات ذوي الإعاقة بمختلف أنواعها، كما أوصت الدراسة بتفعيل التدريب اللغوي عن بعد لذوي الإعاقة العقلية، وتدشين منصات متخصصة في تعليم وتأهيل ذوي الإعاقة العقلية عن بعد، كما أوصت بتقديم دورات لأولياء الأمور لتوعيتهم بأهمية التعليم عن بعد أثناء جائحة كورونا وتأهليهم لتدريب أطفالهم بنفسهم. | ||

As a result of this, the failure and inability to provide rehabilitation and diagnostic services for long periods of time for people with special needs in general and children with mental disabilities in particular, as a result of this deficiency or total or partial cessation or molecule in those services, the decline in the performance of cases and their acquisition of language skills, and to determine the impact of the Corona pandemic on the language of children with mental disabilities from the perspective of the parents. After the researcher confirmed the sincerity and stability of the questionnaire and its validity for the purpose of study, the results of the study came as follows, as a result of the interruption of services provided during the Corona pandemic there was a loss of expressive language skills while it had less impact on the receiving language of the child mentally disabled from the point of view of parents, as it was found that the impact of the pandemic on children with severe mental disabilities was more pronounced than severe and medium disabilities, so some platforms that provide services of various kinds such as training and rehabilitation services and targeted those platforms with disabilities appeared The study also recommended the activation of remote language training for people with mental disabilities, and the launch of platforms specialized in the education and rehabilitation of mental disabilities remotely, as well as the provision of courses for parents to make them aware of the importance of distance learning during the Corona pandemic and prepare them to train their children themselves | ||
