| المستخلص: | Cette étude se base sur des documents conservés aux archives d’outre-mer à Aix-en Provence (ANOM- France), ayant trait aux questions relatives à l’organisation financière intérieure du front de libération nationale algérienne (F.L.N.A), qui présentent un intérêt historique certain, et dont leur consultation est indispensable aux chercheurs qui veulent faire une étude sur «les ressources financières intérieure de la révolution algérienne» notamment: l’organisation, les modes de collecte des fonds et procédés de recouvrement, l’évaluation des volumes de ressources, le règlement financier du F.L.N, la réaction des autorités militaires française au recouvrement d’impôts au profit du F.L.N, pour confirmer, enfin que l’aide financière à la révolution serait accentuée en raison de l’organisation financière du F.L.N, et aussi en raison de la contribution massive du peuple algérien qui demeure fidèle à l’armée de libération nationale. This study is based on documents kept in the overseas archives of Aix-en-Provence (ANOM- France), relating questions to the internal financial organization of the Algerian National Liberation Front (FLNA), which have historical interest, and whose consultation is essential for researchers who want to make a study on "the internal financial resources of the Algerian revolution" including: the organization, methods of collection of funds and recovery processes, the evaluation of the volumes of resources, the financial regulation of the FLN, the reaction of the French military authorities to the recovery of taxes for the FLN, to confirm, finally that the financial assistance to the revolution would be accentuated because of the financial organization of the FLN, and also because of the massive contribution of the Algerian people who remain faithful to the National Liberation Army. تتحدث هذه الدراسة عن المصادر المالية الداخلية للثورة الجزائرية (1954-1962) وهي محاولة يراد منها تزويد القارئ بمعلومات-نرجو أن تكون مفيدة-عن نوعية المساعدات والإسهامات المالية لصالح جبهة وجيش التحرير الوطني، يكشف من خلالها أن الجبهة التي عقدت الأمل على الأموال لتأمين الضمانات الكافية لإنجاح مشروعها الثوري، قد أنشأت نظاما ماليا يعتمد على أسلوب الترغيب والترهيب في استخلاص الضرائب من الأشخاص والمؤسسات داخل الجزائر. |
