| المستخلص: | تنبع مشكلة الدراسة الحالية من الأهمية التي يحظى بها التعليم الفني، فمن خلال استقراء الدراسات السابقة التي تمت في هذا المجال اتضح أن المؤتمرات والندوات التي تمت لمعالجة قضايا التعليم الفني ظلت في حلقات مفرغة؛ حيث لا توضع خطط مستقبلية لمواجهة التحولات الجذرية في المجتمعات الإنسانية وثورة المعلوماتية المستمرة. ومن ثم فقد سعت الدراسة الحالية للإجابة عن تساؤل رئيس مؤداه: ما الاتجاهات التربوية الداعمة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في التعليم الثانوي الفني المصري؟ . وتفرع من هذا التساؤل الرئيس الأسئلة الفرعية التالية : 1- ما أهم أبعاد الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسات التعليمية؟ . 2- ما واقع التعليم الثانوي الفني المصري؟ وما أهم التحديات التي تواجهه؟ 3- كيف يمكن تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في التعليم الثانوي الفني المصري، استنادا علي الاستفادة من بعض الاتجاهات التربوية المعاصرة في هذا المجال . تضمنت هذه الدراسة حول (بعض الاتجاهات المعاصرة الداعمة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في التعليم الثانوي الفني) المحاور الثلاثة التالية: المحور الأول: واقع التعليم الثانوي الفني المصري وأهم التحديات التي تواجهه. المحور الثاني: بعض الاتجاهات المعاصرة لتحقيق الميزات التنافسية في التعليم الثانوي الفني. المحور الثالث: استخلاص أهم المداخل لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في التعليم الثانوي الفني المصري مثل: تطبيق نظام التعليم الثنائي أو المزدوج وصعوبات وتحديات هذا التطبيق إلي جانب تطوير إدارة التعليم الفني من خلال تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة ومعايير الهندرة في إدارة التعليم الثانوي الفني، مع ضرورة بناء المناهج والمقررات وفقا لمدخل الكفايات والجدارات التي يحتاجها سوق العمل، مع تجويد إعداد معلم التعليم الفني وتنميته مهنيا . The problem of the current study stems from the importance attached to technical education . Through the extrapolation of previous studies that were conducted in this field, it became clear that the conferences and seminars that were held to address technical education issues remained in vicious circles . Where future plans are not drawn up to confront the radical transformations in human societies and the continuing information revolution . Hence , the current study sought to answer a major question : What are the educational trends that support the achievement of competitive advantage in the Egyptian technical secondary education? , From this main question , the following sub - questions were divided into : 1 - What are the most important dimensions of the competitive advantage in educational institutions?. 2 - What is the reality of the Egyptian technical secondary education?, What are the most important challenges facing its ? . 3- How to achieve the competitive advantage in the Egyptian technical secondary education , based on the benefit of some contemporary educational trends in this field . This study included ( some contemporary trends that support achieving competitive advantage In technical secondary education ) . The following three axes: - The first axis: the reality of Egyptian technical secondary education and the most important challenges facing it. - The second axis: Some contemporary trends to achieve competitive advantages in technical secondary education . - The third axis : extracting the most important approaches to achieving the competitive advantage in the Egyptian technical secondary education such as : applying the dual or dual education system and the difficulties and challenges of this application in addition to developing the technical education department through the application of comprehensive quality standards , and engineering standards in the management of technical secondary education , with the need to build curricula The decisions are according to the entrance to the competencies and competencies needed by the labor market , with the refinement of preparing the technical education teacher and his professional development . |
