| المستخلص: | تمتلك مدينة رشيد مقومات وعناصر الجذب السياحي، بدءا من موقعها المرتبط بمحددات جغرافية؛ وموضعها المختلف نتيجة للعلاقة الثنائية بين النهر والبحر، مرورا بما أشتمل عليه نمو المدينة العمراني من عنصرين؛ الأول: عام يهدف إلى معرفة تطور الحضارة، والثاني: خاص يرمي إلي تتبع مراحل نمو المدينة عبر القرون 10 -ه/ 16 -19م؛ وأنتهاءا بنماذج العمارة المختلطة والمعاصرة في القرن 20م. ولأهمية النشاط السياحي كأحد أهم أعمدة الاقتصاد المصري، وفي ضوء الشعار الذي رفعته منظمة السياحة العالمية في اليوم العالمي للسياحة 7 أكتوبر 2018 بعنوان "السياحة والتحول الرقمي " لتسليط الضوء على أهمية التطورات والابتكارات التكنولوجية بقطاع السياحة وتقديم الخدمات عبر شبكة المعلومات الدولية سواء بين مؤسسات أو شركات أو أفراد، بالإضافة إلي ما تمثله الساحة الثقافية كرافد أصيل في هذا النشاط، فإن مدينة رشيد بتصنيفها ثاني مدينة بعد القاهرة من حيث عدد الأثار الإسلامية تعد مقصدا سياحيا مهما يتوجب علينا الوقوف على معوقات التنمية السياحية فيه، ومحاولة وضع حلول ناجعة قابلة للتنفيذ في ظل توفر كافة الإمكانيات الطبيعية والبشرية باستخدام أحدث التقنيات الإلكترونية لتحقيق عولمة سياحية بتطبيق نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في أعداد خطط التنمية السياحية والتسويق السياحي لمدينة رشيد، وتخطيط لاستحداث محاور سياحية جديدة في المدينة؛ في محاولة لإحداث نقلة نوعية لمدينة ساحلية ذات طابع تراثي وسياحي مميز تمهيدا لوضعها على الخريطة السياحية العالمية. يتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، التحليلي ويتناول هذه الدراسة في عدة مباحث؛ يتعرض المبحث الأول: للتطور العمراني للمدينة رشيد في العصر الإسْلامي وكيف شكل هذا العمران مسار التنمية السياحية، بينما يستعرض المبحث الثاني فرص وأهداف التنمية السياحية في مدينة رشيد، أما المبحث الثالث فيتناول أليات استخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية ودوره في أعداد خطط التنمية ورقمنه السياحة، ويختم البحث بأهم النتائج والتوصيات... The city of Rashid possesses the elements of tourist attractions, starting from its location linked to geographical determinants; And its different position as a result of the bilateral relationship between the river and the sea, through what was included in the urban development of the two components; The first: a year aimed at knowing the development of civilization, and the second: a special one aimed at tracing the stages of the city's growth over the centuries 10-13 AH / 16-19 CE; And ending with the models of mixed and contemporary architecture in the 20th century And the importance of tourism activity as one of the most important pillars of the Egyptian economy, and in light of the slogan raised by the World Tourism Organization on World Tourism Day October 7, 2018 entitled "Tourism and Digital Transformation" to highlight the importance of technological developments and innovations in the tourism sector and the provision of services through the Internet, whether between institutions and companies, Or companies and companies, or companies and individuals, in addition to what the cultural scene represents as an original tributary in this activity, the city of Rashid, ranked by the second city after Cairo in terms of the number of Islamic monuments, is an important tourist destination in which we must stand on the obstacles of tourism development in it, and try to put effective solutions Implementable in light of the availability of all natural and human capabilities by using the latest electronic technologies to achieve a globalization of tourism by applying geographical information systems in preparing tourism development plans and tourism marketing for the city of Rashid, and planning to develop new tourism hubs in the city; in an attempt to create a qualitative shift for a coastal city of a distinctive heritage and tourist nature Preparing to put it on the global tourist map.
