| المستخلص: | إن عثمنة المغرب العربي خلال النصف الأول من القرن السادس عشر، قد وردت مبدئيا في إطار مبادرات شخصية، فوصول الأخوين بربروسة إلى السواحل الإفريقية كان وراء عثمنة الفضاءات المغاربية، بدءاً بالجزائر ثم طرابلس الغرب وأخيرا تونس كانت البانوراما السياسية للمغرب الأوسط تتأرجح بين الضعف السياسي والتجزئة الإدارية والقبلية ويرجع الفضل إلى عروج وخير الدين اللذين نجحا تماما، على إثر مجابهتهما مع النظام الاجتماعي والقبلي السابق في أن يضعا حدا لتلك الانتهاكات ولثورات القبائل، وأن يتمكنا فيما بعد، من إرساء استراتيجية وتحالف بين العثمانيين وشيوخ الطرق الدينية ضد العدو المشترك؛ إن النجاح الذي تحقق، قد أدى حتما إلى تبني تصور سياسي مستقبلي، يقضي بربط الجزائر بالدولة العثمانية، وهو الارتباط الذي رغب فيه بل وطالب به عن طواعية سكان مدينة الجزائر الذين كانت تقضي مضاجعهم الضربات والهجومات الإسبانية ضدهم. The success that has been achieved, has inevitably lead to the adoption of a future political perception, serving to link between Algeria and the Ottoman state, the link that the residents of Algiers wanted and even demanded by voluntarily, because of the Spanish strikes and attacks against them. |
