| المستخلص: | Les sources arabes du Moyen Age évoquant les villes et les antiquités de différents pays du monde nous confirment l’intérêt que les Arabes portaient à l’héritage des civilisations qui les avaient devancés ; d’ailleurs traditionnellement les sources arabes, spécialement les sources historiques, consacraient un ou plusieurs chapitres aux civilisations anciennes. Le but de cet article est de présenter un ensemble de textes arabes à propos de la ville d’Al-Haḍra-Oppidum Novum et ses antiquités.
