| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي يمكن أن تسهم به مؤسسات الاقتصاد الإسلامي في ردم الفجوة المهارية وتحقيق ريادة الأعمال، من خلال تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور هذه المؤسسات في ردم الفجوة المهارية وتحقيق ريادة الأعمال؛ وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الاستنباطي؛ وأكدت معطيات البحث على أن فجوة المهارات تشكل تحدياً صعباً بالنسبة للشباب والخريجين وأرباب العمل في المملكة حد سواء، إلا إن اعتماد أرباب العمل على العمالة الوافدة يزيد من حدة تلك الصعوبات بالنسبة للشباب والباحثين عن عمل من الخريجين، وأن ريادة الأعمال يمكن أن يكون مدخلاً فاعلاً في ردم تلك الفجوة، لاسيما من خلال تفعيل دور كافة الجهات العامة والخاصة نحو هذه الغاية، مع تركيز البحث على تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور مؤسسات الاقتصاد الإسلامي في هذا المجال؛ كما أوصى الباحث الخبراء والباحثين بمنح التصور المقترح الاهتمام الكافي والمناسب، والبحث في إمكانية تطويره، وأوصى بتوجيه مؤسسات الاقتصاد الإسلامي في المملكة نحو تطبيقه عموماً، وتحويل مفرداته على وجه الخصوص إلى مشروعات وبرامج وفعاليات قابلة للإجراء والتطبيق، وقابلة أيضاً للقياس من الناحيتين الكمية والنوعية. The research aims to shed light on the role that Islamic economic institutions can contribute to bridging the skill gap and achieving entrepreneurship, by presenting a proposed vision to activate the role of these institutions in bridging the skill gap and achieving entrepreneurship. The researcher followed the descriptive deductive approach. The research data confirmed that the skills gap is a difficult challenge for young people, graduates, and employers in the Kingdom alike. However, employers' dependence on expatriate workers exacerbates these difficulties for young people and graduate job seekers, and that entrepreneurship can be an effective input into bridging this gap, especially by activating the role of all public and private bodies towards this end. while focusing the research on presenting a proposed vision to activate the role of Islamic economic institutions in this field, the researcher also recommended that experts and researchers should give the proposed vision sufficient and appropriate attention, and research about the possibility of developing it, and recommended directing the institutions of the Islamic economy in the Kingdom towards its application in general, and transforming its materials in particular to projects, programs and activities that can be carried out and applied, and are also measurable in terms of quantity and quality. |
