| 520 | |f Relying on some archival documents and live testimonies, we attempt to show, through this article, the importance of the scout movement in building the Algerian national movement and its impact on its course, especially in the final phase leading up to and during the breakout of the freedom revolution. This organization, which was present in most regions, including the western region of Algeria, played an important and essential role in raising national awareness among its youth and the general public with its national, religious, and quasi-military composition. It contributed to the development of the national movement and increased the struggle orientation that led it to explode the freedom revolution found in the Scout movement; conscious elements trained in work and order, who were ready to make sacrifices for the homeland with complete conviction.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 | ||
