| 520 | |f The identity crisis is one of the most complex problems that impede building and achieving security and building democracy and community project in the Arab world. It also represses every attempt to progress and advancement through its divisions and contradictions at the political as well as social and cultural levels, which reflect on economic security, and other aspects. \nIn this regard, emerges the importance of enhancing the participation of civil society institutions as a key actor, along with other actors in the State, in assuming responsibilities, including achieving identity security and building a citizenship society, especially in light of the crisis conditions currently experienced by the Arab States. The issue of national identity has become the disease that affects these countries that lack adequate immunity against it. Therefore, it can be considered that the relationship between civil society and identity in the Arab world is a two-way influence as civil society can contribute to the formation of identity, the achievement of security, and the making a community of citizenship in this field. Identity also affects civil society, as one of the causes or impediments to civil society performing its role is the identity crisis. Therefore, the latter is considered the source of all crises and constitutes one of the black points for any country that must fight it by devising effective solutions, not simply giving painkillers that may suppress it for time-being, but later many revolutions, crises, and protests arise from it.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 | ||
| 520 | |a تعتبر أزمة الهوية من بين أعقد الإشكالات التي تعيق بناء وتحقيق الأمن وبناء الديمقراطية والمشروع المجتمعي في الوطن العربي، كما أنها تقمع كل محاولة للتقدم والرقي وذلك من خلال ما تفرضه من انشقاقات وتناقضات على المستوى السياسي وكذا الاجتماعي والثقافي، والذي ينعكس على الجوانب الأخرى الاقتصادية والأمنية وغيرها. \nوفي هذا المجال تظهر أهمية تعزيز مشاركة مؤسسات المجتمع المدني كفاعل أساسي إلى جانب الفواعل الأخرى في الدولة في تحمل المسؤوليات، والتي من بينها تحقيق الأمن الهوياتي وبناء مجتمع المواطنة خاصة في ظل الظروف المتأزمة التي تمر بها الدول العرية حاليا، حيث أصبحت قضية الهوية الوطنية بمثابة المرض الذي يصيب هذه الدول الخالية من المناعة الكافية لهذا الداء. لذلك يمكن اعتبار أن العلاقة بين المجتمع المدني والهوية في العالم العربي هي علاقة تأثير وتأثر، كون أن المجتمع المدني بوسعه أن يساهم في تكون الهوية وتحقيق الأمن وبناء مجتمع المواطنة في هذا المجال، كما أن الهوية تؤثر في المجتمع المدني حيث أنه من أسباب أو معوقات أداء المجتمع المدني لدوره هي أزمة الهوية، لذلك فإن هذه الأخيرة تعتبر مصدر جميع الأزمات وبالتالي تشكل أحد النقاط السوداء بالنسبة لأي دولة، وتفرض عليها مواجهتها عن طريق وضع حلول فعالة وناجعة، وليس مجرد إعطاء مسكنات قد تخمدها في حينها، لكنها تشكل فيما بعد أساسا تقام عليه العديد من الثورات، الأزمات والاحتجاجات.\n | ||
