| المستخلص: | Talking about renewal in understanding the texts of the Holy Quran according to the requirements of the current era is very important, given the changes that the Ummah is experiencing in various aspects of religious life, including the religious and worldly life, under the claim that the Holy Quran bears the character of reform for every time and place.\nBut this renewal of understanding does not mean creating a break between what our ancestors decided and what we live today, but the combination of constants and variables is a considered principal in Islamic law. Therefore, in this research, we will highlight an important aspect that we cannot lose sight of, which is that the Holy Quran was revealed in the Arabic language and to an Arab nation to understand it and act according to it. That is, it has been brought down in accordance with the covenants of the Arabs and the conditions they live to bear the character of miraculousness in its content. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 يعد الحديث عن التجديد في فهم نصوص القرآن الكريم وفق مقتضيات العصر الحالي أمرا في غاية الأهمية، نظرا لما تعيشه الأمة من تغيرات في شتى مناحي الحياة الدينية منها والدنيوية، بدعوى أن القرآن الكريم يحمل طابع الصلاح لكل زمان ومكان.\nلكن هذا التجديد في الفهم لا يعني إحداث القطيعة بين ما قرره أسلافنا، وما نعيشه اليوم، بل الجمع بين الثوابت والمتغيرات أصل معتبر في الشريعة الإسلامية، وعليه سنبرز في هذا البحث جانبا مهما لا نستطيع أن نغفل عنه وهو أن القرآن الكريم أنزل بلسان عربي وإلى أمة عربية ليفهموه وليعملوا به، أي أنه أنزل وفق معهود العرب وما تعيشه من أحوال ليحمل مع ذلك طابع الإعجاز في مضمونه. \n |
