| المستخلص: | إن طبيعة التغيرات والتطورات التي صاحبت الثورة التكنولوجية قد اختزلت أبعاد أزمة التواصل الاجتماعي مع استعمالات التكنولوجيا على مستوى الإعلام والاتصال، لتظهر تمثلات هذه الأزمة داخل مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية، لاسيما القيم التربوية والتعليمية التي تنفتح على الثقافة الإعلامية وآفاقها التواصلية مع العالم الافتراضي خاصة قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي التي أثرت على الفكر والسلوك، وهو ما نلمسه من خلال أوهام هذا العالم التي تتعارض مع حقيقة الواقع، ومن ثم فقد تنصرف الأدوار التربوية للأسرة والمدرسة إلى مواجهة تحديات تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال عن طريق إنتاج منظومة من القيم والأفكار الناجعة التي تحرر كل الشرائح الاجتماعية من التأثير السلبي للإعلام غير الهادف، وخلق التفاعل والتواصل الاجتماعي مع مكونات ووسائل وأهداف هذه المنظومة. The nature of changes, that have occurred in a parallel way with technological revolution reveals and summarizes the different dimensions of crisis in social communication which harise clearly in the abuse of technology. One can easily recognize the manifestations of such crisis in socialization field. This latter is related mainly to pedagogical and educational values that enter increasingly in contact with the virtual. For instance, there are a huge number of communicative channels that have great negative effects upon the way of thinking and behaving. The paradox lies in virtual illusions that are in total contradiction with the real world, therefore, it is very necessary for school and family to establish an effective system of values and ideas in order to face the critical situation. It means to liberate all the social classes from the danger of negative application of technology in communicative field. Hence, the aim is to create an adequate educational environment with respect to the different ethical standards of human kind. Only such tendency could help solving this problem and therefore reaching a better level of understanding. |
