| 520 | |d L’ouverture économique et la libéralisation du commerce extérieur constituent un axe essentiel dans toute politique de développement économique, comme ils représentent incontestablement un élément essentiel dans tout objectif visant une plus grande intégration au marché mondial.\nDepuis la fin des années quatre vingt l’Algérie s’est engagée dans un processus d’ouverture économique de libéralisation du commerce extérieur et d’intégration à l’économie mondiale, à travers le mars qui précède l’adhésion à l’Organisation Mondiale du Commerce qui a débuté en 1987 dans le cadre du GATT. Cette volonté pour l’accession constitue un choix stratégique peut être susceptible de dynamiser la croissance économique du pays.\nLe présent article essaye de mettre en lumière un défi majeur auquel est confronté l’Algérie aujourd'hui face à l’Organisation Mondiale du Commerce et son objectif est de tenter de comprendre sa place dans ce défi.\n | ||

They undoubtedly represent an essential element for every goal that seeks greater integration into the global market.\nSince the late eighties, Algeria has participated in the process of economic openness and trade liberalization, as well as integration into the global economy through the process of entering the process that precedes the process of accession to the World Trade Organization, which began in 1987 under the framework of the GATT.
