| المستخلص: | This research comprises the study and investigation of a treatise related to the science of Al-Waqf (Stopping) and Al-Ibtidaa (Starting) [in Quranic recitation], it derives its importance from its subject which is of great significance to the reciters and the scholars of recitation; as it helps them in achieving a perfect recitation of the Noble Qur‘an and its teaching. The author answered a question posed to him regarding a reply to a saying that requires consideration and clarification and correction, pertaining to the issue of starting with some sentences of prayer in the Book of Allah -the Most High-. The research exists in two sections; the first of them comprises a topic on the study of the author of the treatise Al-Imam Muhammad bin Ali Al-Qaraafi, by explaining his name, lineage, and ascription and his scholarly status and death, followed by another topic that comprises the study of the poem in terms of the authentication of its title and the verification of its ascription to the author, and the explanation of its sources and its scientific value, then its methodology, followed by the bibliography. تضمن هذا البحث دراسة وتحقيقا لرسالة متعلقة بعلم الوقف والابتداء، اكتسبت أهميتها من موضوعها الذي له حاجة ماسة للقراء والمقرئين، تعينهم على حسن تلاوة القرآن الكريم وتعليمه، ومؤلفها أجاب فيها عن سؤال وجه له للرد على قول يحتاج إلى نظر وتحرير وتقويم، في مسألة الابتداء ببعض جمل الدعاء في كتاب الله عز وجل. جاء البحث في فصلين، الأول منهما تضمن مبحثا لدراسة مؤلف الرسالة الإمام محمد بن علي القرافي، ببيان اسمه ونسبه ونسبته، ومكانته العلمية، ووفاته، تلاه مبحث آخر تضمن دراسة المنظومة من حيث تحقيق اسمها وتوثيق نسبتها إلى المؤلف، وبيان مصادرها وقيمتها العلمية، ثم منهجها، ووصف نسخها الخطية، ونماذج منها. وتضمن الفصل الثاني تحقيق الرسالة كاملة تحقيقا علميا مع التوثيق والتعليق بما يحتاجه نص الكتاب إلى تعليق، وذيلته بفهرس المصادر والمراجع. |
