| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة تناول واقع عمليات اتخاذ القرارات بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي بدولة الكويت ومعوقاتـه ومتطلبـات تـطـويـره، ولتحقيـق هـذا الهـدف تـم استخدام المنهج الوصـفي، والاعتماد على استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة محاور أحدها للكشف عن الوقع والثاني للكشف عن المعوقات والثالث لعرض المتطلبات المقترحة للتطوير، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغت (286) مديراً ومديرة بمراحل التعليم قبل الجامعي موزعين وفق متغيرات (النوع/ المرحلة التعليمية/ المنطقة/ سنوات الخبرة) ، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن واقع مراعاة عملية اتخاذ القرار بمؤسسات التعليم قبـل الجـامعي لمتطلباتـه مـن وجهـة نظـر مـديري المدارس جـاء بدرجـة متوسطة، وأن معوقات عمليات اتخاذ القرارات بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي بدولة الكويت جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، بينما جاءت الموافقة على المتطلبات المقترحة للتطوير بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عـدم وجـود فـروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات عينة الدراسـة تعـزى لجميع متغيراتها عدا متغير سنوات الخبرة حيث جاءت فيه الفروق دالة إحصائياً وكانت لصالح ذوي الخبرة الأعلى. | ||
| 520 | |b This study aimed to identify the status-quo of obstacles and requirements of developing decision-making processes in pre-university institutions for education in Kuwait. The study utilized the descriptive approach and made use of a questionnaire which consisted of three sections: the first was to identify the status-quo, and the second was to scrutinize the obstacles, and the third was to present the proposed requirements for the development. The study was administered to 286 male and female pre-university directors distributed according to the (gender / educational stage / region/ experience) variables. The results showed that the status-quo of the requirements of pre-university education from the directors' viewpoints into consideration whilst decision-making was at an average level. The results also showed that the obstacles to decision- making processes in pre-university institutions for education in Kuwait was average as well. Meanwhile, the approval of the proposed requirements for the development was high. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the responses of the participants due to the (gender / educational stage / region) variables. However, there was statistically significant difference in the responses of the participants due to the experience variable in favor of those with more experience. | ||
