| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على جهود منظمات المجتمع المحلى للتخفيف من فجوة الاغتراب الإلكتروني لدى الشباب لتحقيق متطلبات التنمية. في جمهورية مصر العربية، ولقد تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين، حيث ثم تقسيم الاستمارة إلى أربعة محاور: المحور الأول واقع جهود منظمات المجتمع المحلى تنمية الاتجاهات الفكرية لدى الشباب للتخفيف من فجوة الاغتراب الإلكتروني، أما المحور الثاني فكان عن واقع جهود منظمات المجتمع المحلى في تنمية الممارسات التطبيقية لدى الشباب للتخفيف من فجوة الإغتراب الإلكتروني، والمحور الثالث كان عن المعوقات التي تواجه منظمات المجتمع المحلى في التخفيف من فجوة الاغتراب الإلكتروني لدى الشباب، والمحور الرابع كان عن المقترحات لتدعيم جهود منظمات المجتمع المحلى للتخفيف من فجوة الاغتراب الإلكتروني لدى الشباب. وقد تم تطبيق الاستبيان على المسؤولين بالجمعيات الأهلية، والمستفيدين من الشباب، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها، إن النتائج الخاصة بالمسؤولين حول واقع جهود منظمات المجتمع المحلى في تنمية الاتجاهات الفكرية لدى الشباب للتخفيف من فجوة الاغتراب الإلكتروني قد تحققت بنسبة (2,492) وحيث جاء واقع جهود منظمات المجتمع المحلى تنمية الممارسات التطبيقية لدى الشباب للتخفيف من فجوة الإغتراب الإلكتروني قد تحقق بنسبة (٢,٣٢٨) كما جاءت في النتائج الخاصة بالمستفيدين: حول واقع جهود منظمات المجتمع المحلى في تنمية الاتجاهات الفكرية لدى الشباب للتخفيف من فجوة الإغتراب الإلكتروني قد تحقق بنسبة (١,٩٨٦) حيث جاء المحور الثاني واقع جهود منظمات المجتمع المحلى في تنمية الممارسات التطبيقية لدى الشباب للتخفيف من فجوة الاغتراب الإلكتروني (١,٨٧٤) ومن ثم فـإن الاغتراب الإلكتروني يؤدى إلى الانسحاب الملحوظ للشاب من المشاركة الاجتماعية في المجتمع بما يؤثر على عملية التنمية في المجتمع المحلى. This study aims to identify the efforts of community organizations to reduce the gap of electronic alienation among young people in order to achieve requirements of the development in Egypt. The data was collected from the studied cases using questionnaire tool arid the form was divided into four axes, the first one was about the reality of efforts of community organizations in developing intellectual trends of young people in order to reduce the gap of electronic alienation, the second one was about the reality of the efforts of community organizations in developing applied practices for young people in order to reduce the gap of electronic alienation, the third one was about the obstacles that face the local community organizations in reducing the gap of. electronic alienation among young people and the fourth one was about the suggestions to intensify the efforts of the local community organizations in confronting the gap of electronic alienation. The questionnaire has been applied on. both NGOs (non-governmental organizations) officials and young beneficiaries and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: -The officials' results about the reality of the efforts of the community organizations in developing intellectual trends of young people in order to reduce the gap of electronic alienation were achieved by (2.492%) and the reality of the efforts of community organizations in developing applied practices for young people in order to reduce the gap of electronic alienation were achieved by (2.328%).-the beneficiaries’ results about the reality of the efforts of the community organizations in developing intellectual trends of young people in order to reduce the gap of electronic alienation were achieved by (1.986%) and the reality of the efforts of community organizations in developing applied practices for young people in order to reduce the gap of electronic alienation were achieved by (1.874%), hence, the electronic alienation leads to the remarkable withdrawal of youth from societal participation which affects the development process in the local community adversely. |
