| المستخلص: | سلطت جائحة فايروس كورونا المستجد الضوء على الطبيعة المعقدة التي يعمل فيها قطاع النقل الجوي سواء داخل الدول أو فيما بينها، وتتطلب مثل هذه الأوضاع غير العادية اتخاذ قرارات تعاونية لتقييم وإدارة المخاطر ذات الصلة بها، ومن المرجح أن يكون طريق التعافي محفوف بالمصاعب والتحديات بتطبيق إجراءات تدريجية واتخاذ تدابير مختلفة وتطبيق حلول غير مسبوقة. إن النقل الجوي في العراق في طور النمو والتعافي بسبب الغياب الطويل لهذه الخدمة بسبب الحصار وعليه فرضت المرحلة الجديدة بناء وتعزيز الثقة بسلامة المسافرين، وطرح طرق تنقل جديدة من خلال مراحل إنهاء الإغلاق وبعد زوال الجائحة على حد سواء، لذا يستوجب على شركات النقل الاستثمار في الجهود الرامية إلى فهم مسارات تنقل المسافرين، فضلا عن تسريع أو إلغاء المشاريع والبرامج المؤجلة أو إعادة تقييمها بناء على المعطيات العالمية الجديدة، مع العمل على موازنة تأثيرات زيادة زمن الانتظار وانخفاض القدرة على استيعاب المسافرين. لضمان الاستدامة في حركة النقل الجوي التي أساسها الاستمرار في حركته، باعتباره محرك الانتعاش الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، فينبغي على العراق أن يسعى لضمان الاستدامة الاقتصادية والبيئية لقطاع الطيران The emerging corona virus pandemic has shed light on the complex nature in which the aviation sector operates, both within and between countries, and such extraordinary situations require making cooperative decisions to assess and manage the risks related to them, and the path of recovery is likely to be fraught with difficulties and challenges by applying incremental measures and taking measures.
