| 520 | |a لم تقتصر عناية العلماء على توثيق المرويات فحسب، بل اعتنوا بفهمها وفقهها، فعمدوا إلى وضع معالم وضوابط لحسن فهم السنة، ومن تلك المعالم اعتبار المقاصد الشرعية العامة والخاصة في فهمها، وهو ضرورة لا غنى عنها في فهم السنة، غير أن إعمال المقاصد يعد مركباً عسيراً وطريقاً وعرة، وقع فيه إفراط وتفريط؛ بين الإهمال التام له والاقتصار على الفهم الحرفي الحديث، وبين الفهم المفرط في اعتبار المقاصد إلى درجة إهمال الأصول المعتبرة في الإسلام، فتجلية لهذا الأمر، ووضعه في نصابه المعتبر، كان هذا البحث الموسوم: "إعمال المقاصد في فهم السنة بين الأصالة والتجديد"، وانتظم بعد المقدمة في أربعة مباحث: المبحث الأول: المراد بالمقاصد المرعية في فهم السنة. المبحث الثاني: أهمية اعتبار المقاصد في فهم السنة وضرورته. المبحث الثالث: الأصالة في إعمال المقاصد. المبحث الرابع: التجديد في إعمال المقاصد بين المشروع والممنوع. والله أسأل التوفيق والقبول. | ||
