| المستخلص: | This thesis takes an in-depth analysis of how public libraries should be designed to serve the needs of children in Saudi Arabia. Different aspects of the study reveal that in the current era, where knowledge is power, time, and success, technology should be utilized. Therefore, learning environments should be created often. This would benefit the growth of knowledge about the changing objectives, pedagogical practices, as well as the process used in designing libraries across Saudi Arabia. The thesis is primarily based upon studies that provide information about children's cognitive development. It focuses with the literature of various interior design principles, as well as analyzes of four projects, and study social attachments. My design considered all of these while developing the interior spaces of the children ́s library based in Taif, Saudi Arabia. |
