| المستخلص: | تعد المواطنة بمفهومها العام إحساس الإنسان بالانتساب إلى المجموعة وتقاسم شعورها، وفي حالة الاغتراب فهي تعني في الحنين إلى الوطن، الذي يذكر الإنسان بعاداته وتقاليده وسلوكيات مواطنيه، كما تصل بالمواطن إلى التفاعل في أوسع معانيه مع الوطن ومع المواطنين، فهي إذا علاقه الفرد بـــ "الوطن" من حيث هو "الأرض" المساحة الجغرافية والتاريخية والاجتماعية والسياسية، لذلك فإن المواطنة والروح الوطنية هي المحرك الحقيقي للحياة الاجتماعية، وتلك الروح الوطنية تتضمن مجموعة القيم التي تحدد علاقه الفرد بمجتمعه، وتصل به إلى الالتزام بالعقد الاجتماعي الذي يربط بين المواطنين المتساويين في الحقوق والواجبات وفي الوقت ذاته أن المسؤولية بمعناها العام هي إقرار الفرد بما يصدر عنه من أفعال وباستعداده لتحمل نتائج هذه الأفعال، فهي القدرة على أن يلوم الفرد نفسه أولا، والقدرة على أن يفي بعد ذلك بالتزاماته بواسطة جهوده الخاصة وبإدارته الحرة، وتقوم المسؤولية على الحرية أهداف البحث: يستهدف البحث الحالي: ١. بناء مقياس قيم المواطنة لدى منتسبي وزارة الدفاع. ٢. قياس قيم المواطنة لدى منتسبي وزارة الدفاع. ٣. قياس الشعور بالمسؤولية لدى منتسبي وزارة الدفاع. ٤. تعرف طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين قيم المواطنة والشعور بالمسؤولية لدى منتسبي وزارة الدفاع. حددت الباحثتان المصطلحات الواردة في البحث الحالي بما يأتي: وقد كانت نتائج البحث بأن منتسبي وزارة الدفاع لديهم قيم الولاء والانتماء ومحبة الوطن والدفاع عنه والجود بالنفس لأنه يمثل هويتهم وكيانهم الذي يحفظ للإنسان كرامته وهذا نتيجة شعورهم بالمسؤولية اتجاه بلدهم وكانت قيم المواطنة ارتباطها إيجابي مع الشعور بالمسؤولية. Building a scale of citizenship values among employees of the Ministry of Defense. 2. Measuring the values of citizenship among the employees of the Ministry of Defense. 3. Measuring the sense of responsibility among employees of the Ministry of Defense. 4. Know the nature of the relationship between the values of citizenship and the sense of responsibility among employees of the Ministry of Defense. The researchers identified the terms in the current research as follows: The results of the research that the employees of the Ministry of Defense have the values of loyalty and belonging and love of the homeland and the defense and self-esteem because it represents their identity and their entity, which preserves the dignity of the human being and this is the result of their sense of responsibility towards their country and the values of citizenship and its relationship positively with a sense of responsibility. |
