| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع تطوير أداء القيادات المدرسية بالمدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في ضوء مدخل الرشاقة التنظيمية، وتحديد معوقات ومتطلبات التطوير، ووضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء القيادات المدرسية بالمدارس الثانوية في ضوء مدخل الرشاقة التنظيمية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت على استبانة من ثلاثة محاور طبقت على عينة بلغت (357) معلما، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع تطوير أداء القيادات المدرسية بالمدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة موافقة (قليلة)، وبمتوسط عام بلغ (2.68). كما جاءت معوقات تطوير أداء القيادات المدرسية بالمدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين بدرجة موافقة عامة (كبيرة)، وبمتوسط عام بلغ (4.19)، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) حول آراء عينة الدراسة في تطوير أداء القيادات المدرسية بالمدارس الثانوية بجدة تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي-سنوات الخدمة-عدد الدورات التدريبية)، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج قدم الباحث تصورا مقترحا لتطوير أداء القيادات المدرسية بالمدارس الثانوية في ضوء مدخل الرشاقة التنظيمية. | ||
| 520 | |b The study aimed to identify the reality of developing the performance of school leaderships in secondary schools from the teachers ’point of view in light of the approach to organizational agility, identify obstacles and requirements for development, and develop a proposed vision for the development of school leadership performance in secondary schools in the light of the organizational agility approach. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and relied on a questionnaire. From three axes applied to a sample of (357) teachers, the study concluded that the reality of developing school leadership performance in secondary schools from the teachers ’point of view came to a degree of approval (low), with a general average of (2.68). The obstacles to developing the performance of school leaderships in secondary schools came from the teachers ’point of view with a degree of general approval (large), with a general average of (4.19). The performance of school leaderships in secondary schools in Jeddah is attributed to the variable (academic qualification - years of service - number of training courses), and in light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a proposed scenario for developing the performance of school leaders in secondary schools in light of the approach of organizational agility. | ||
