| المستخلص: | شهد تصميم أماكن العمل الإداري على مدار العقود الماضية العديد من مراحل التطور المتغيرة صعودا وهبوطا، سلبا وإيجابا كنتيجة للعديد من الظروف والمتغيرات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية السائدة في كل عقد زمني. هذا بالإضافة إلى أن التطور التكنولوجي المستمر أدي إلى إحداث تغييرات مباشرة في طبيعة العمل الإداري وبالتالي إحداث تغيير في تصميم الحيز الداخلي لهذه الأماكن. وهنا تكمن مشكلة البحث في غياب المعايير الواضحة للمصمم الداخلي المعني بتصميم البيئة الإدارية حتى يستطيع مواكبة التطور السريع في هذا المجال. حيث أن إدراك المصمم للدور المحوري الذي ينبغي أن يقوم به في النمو الاقتصادي الشامل والمستدام سوف يساهم في دفع عملية التقدم وتحقيق الهدف الثامن من أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وهو تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي المطرد والشامل للجميع والمستدام والعمالة الكاملة والمنتجة والعمل اللائق للجميع. \nلذا يهدف البحث إلى استقراء التغييرات في تصميم بيئة العمل الإداري منذ عام 1950 وحتي عام 2000 وصولا لدراسة تحليلية للاتجاهات التصميمية الحديثة والمعاصرة وذلك لاستنباط معايير واضحة تحكم العملية التصميمية. أي أن البحث سينتهج الأسلوب الاستقرائي "Inductive Approach" الذي يعتمد على جمع الحقائق المرئية بطريقة تلتقط جوهر الموضوع مع إدراك السياق الزمني والتاريخي والبعد الثقافي للوصول إلى تأويل منطقي وعلمي متكامل. أما بالنسبة للأسلوب الاستنتاجي " Deductive Approach" الذي سيتبع الأسلوب الاستقرائي، فيهدف إلى استنباط واختيار المعايير الواضحة لكيفية استيعاب التغييرات المستمرة وتبنيها في عملية التصميم بطريقة فعالة وبناءه. تم عرض نتائج البحث التي توضح كيفية التغلب على بعض السلبيات وإحداث تنوع في تصميم بيئات العمل لتحقيق التواصل والتفاعل الإيجابي بين العاملين وتحقيق الاستدامة المرجوة. \n Over the past decades, the design of administrative workplaces has witnessed many stages of change, ups, and downs, negatively and positively, resulting from many political, economic, and social conditions and changes prevailing in each decade. This is in addition to the continuous technological development that has led to direct changes in the nature of administrative work and thus a change in the design of the interior space of these places. Here lies the research problem in the absence of clear criteria for the interior designer concerned with designing the administrative environment so that it can keep pace with the rapid development in this field. The designer's realization of the pivotal role that he should play in inclusive and sustainable economic growth will contribute to advancing the process of progress and achieving the eighth goal of the sustainable development goals, which is to promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all. Therefore, the research aims to extrapolate the changes in the design of the administrative work environment from 1950 to 2000, leading to an analytical study of modern and contemporary design trends in order to derive clear criteria governing the design process. The research will adopt the inductive approach, which depends on collecting visible facts to capture the essence of the subject while being aware of the temporal and historical context and the cultural dimension to reach an integrated logical and scientific interpretation. As for the deductive approach, which will follow the inductive method, it aims to elicit and choose clear criteria for how to absorb the continuous changes and adopt them in the design process effectively and constructively. The research results showed how to overcome some of the negatives and bring about diversity in designing work environments to achieve communication and positive interaction between workers and achieve the desired sustainability. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
