| المستخلص: | نالت قضايا التربية والتعليم حيزا واسعا من اهتمامات كمال جنبلاط داخل المجلس النيابي اللبناني، باعتبـار التعلـيم ركيزة أساسية لبناء مجتمع قادر على استيعاب الوضع العام وتحمل مسؤولية بناء لبنان فكريا وثقافيا، بالإضافة إلى تركيزه في مداخلاته، من خلال طرحة لاقتراحاته، ورؤاه في المجالات الاجتماعية، المتمثلة بالعدالة والضمان الاجتماعي، وضرورة تحقيقه لكافة فئات المجتمع اللبناني، ثم قضايا العمال والنقابـات العمالية. كما ناقش العديد من قضايا مست بصورة مباشرة وغير مباشرة أوضاع المجتمع اللبناني خاصة فيما يتعلق منها بمظاهر سلوكية و"ظاهرة" اجتماعية بائسة تنخر في منظومة المجتمع، لعل من بين أبرزها كانت موضوعات خصت المخدرات والإتجار بها أو إدمانها، وما تسببت به من عواقب وخيمة على "الفرد" و "المجتمع" على حد سواء، كما لم تخلو مداخلاته من موضوع البطالة والعاطلين عن العمل، وقضايا الصحة والرعاية الصحية للمجتمع اللبناني، بالإضافة إلى تركيـزه علـى مجتمع السجناء والسجون. كان من بـين القضايا الاجتماعية التي أولاها كمال جنبلاط اهتماما خاصا وكبيرا هو موضوع "الطائفية السياسية"، خاصة وأنها جزءا أساسيا من التركيبة "الاجتما-سياسية" في لبنان وما يترتب عليها من انقسامات حادة في الداخل اللبناني، انقسامات لم تكن بعيدة عن الانقسامات "الطائفية-الاقطاعية" ومصالحها السياسية المرتبطة إقليميا ودوليا، فقد أدرك بوعيه السياسي أن هذا الوضع الاجتماعي داخـل منظومة المجتمع اللبناني تهدد بعواقب وخيمة لما يعنيه من صراع طائفي قد ينتقل إلى إضراب طائفي، فقد كان هذا الواقع بما له وعليه حاضرا في ذهنه، ومحفزا لإشرافاته المستقبلية من مخاطر هذا الواقع وانقساماته الحادة. He also discussed several issues that dealt directly and indirectly with the situation of Lebanese society, especially with regard to behavioral phenomena and a miserable social phenomenon that degenerates into the society system, Perhaps among its themes were drugs, trafficking and addiction, He also addressed the issue of unemployment and the unemployed, health issues and health care for the Lebanese society, as well as his focus on the prison society and prisons. One of the social issues that Kamal Jumblatt was interested in was a special and significant interest in politics and a fundamental part of the sociopolitical structure in Lebanon and the consequent deep divisions within Lebanon, which were not far from the feudal and sectarianism divisions and their political interests Associated regionally and internationally, He realized his political awareness that this social situation within the Lebanese society threatens to have serious consequences for what it means from a sectarian conflict that may lead to a sectarian strike, This reality is what it has and therefore is present in its mind and a catalyst for its future glories from the dangers of this reality and its sharp divisions. |
