| المستخلص: | يعد تخطيط الخدمات التعليمية جزء مهما من تخطيط المدينة وخطوة جادة لتحقيق التنمية الحضرية، إذ يهدف البحث إلى تخطيط الخدمات التعليمية في مدينة الوركاء للعام الدراسي 2016/2017 باستخدام تقنية نظم المعلومات الجغرافية من خلال عدد من المؤشرات التعليمية ومقارنتها مع المعايير التخطيطية المحلية لمعرفة درجة كفاءتها والكشف عن إيجابيات وأوجه القصور فيها من أجل وضع خطة تنموية مستقبلية هدفها النهوض بالواقع التعليمي. وجاء هذا البحث على أربع مباحث تسبقها مقدمة، إذ تضمن المبحث الأول دراسة واقع الخدمات التعليمية في مدينة الوركاء، وقد ظهر فيه قلة المباني التعليمية والكوادر التدريسية والشعب، بينما تضمن المبحث الثاني التوزيع المكاني للخدمات التعليمية في منطقة الدراسة والذي بين عدم عدالة توزيعها على مستوى الأحياء، أما المبحث الثالث فقد اهتم بدراسة المؤشرات التعليمية ومقارنتها مع المعايير التخطيطة الملحلية وقد تبين رغم توفر أعداد المؤسسات التعليمية للحجم السكاني الحالي ألا أن أغلب المعايير الكمية والنوعية لم تصل مستوياتها المطلوبة، لذا جاء المبحث الرابع ليضع خطة مستقبلية لتنمية الخدمات التعليمية اعتمادا على المعايير والحجم السكاني ولتحديد أفضل المواقع للاستفادة من هذه الخدمات وذلك بأقل جهد وتكلفة وحسب ما متوفر مما سيكون له الأثر في دعم المخططين من أجل تحقيق التنمية الحضرية في منطقة الدراسة. Planning the educational services is considered an important aspects of city planning, and considered a serious step towards urban development. This research to scope to plan educational services in Warka city for the academic year 2016/2017 Using GIS technology through a number of educational indicators by comparing them with planning criteria to determine the degree of efficiency of these services, and to disclosure the positives and shortcomings in order to develop current and future development plan, aiming the advancement of the educational situation. This research divided into four sections ,the first scoped to study the educational situation in Warka’s city, and the lack of educational buildings and teaching staff and people has been emerged , the second section devoted to the spatial distribution of educational services in the study area which the unfairness of distribution to the level of residential neighborhoods has emerged, The third section was devoted to the study of educational indicators and comparing them with the planning criteria. It was found that despite the availability of educational institutions and their compatibility with the current population size, most of the quantitative and qualitative standards did not reach the required levels, Accordingly, the fourth section was devoted to set a plan for (Educational services development) based on criteria and population size, as well as to determine the best sites and the least effort and cost, which will have the effect in supporting the planners to achieve urban development in the study area. |
