| 520 | |a القيم الاجتماعية والثقافية بالمعنى السوسيولوجي والأنثروبولوجي تعد مرجعا وسندا للمهاجرين عند قرار العودة إلى بلدانهم الأصلية. ونجاح مشروع العودة يرتبط أيضا بدرجة الانصهار والاندماج داخل مجتمعاتهم المحلية. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فهم وتحليل دور القيم الاجتماعية- الثقافية مثل التضامن والمواطنة في توجيه أفعال وسلوكات المهاجرين العائدين. يعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج التحليلي، يعني تحليل دور القيم في إدماج وإعادة إدماج المهاجر العائد في بيئته ومحيطه الاجتماعي، الثقافي. نتوصل من خلال هذا البحث إلى أن قيم التضامن والمواطنة محددات توجه أفعال وسلوكات المهاجرين، ضمن استراتيجيات ورهانات يرسمها هؤلاء لغاية تحقيق نجاح مشاريعهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية في مجتمعاتهم الأصلية. إن اعتماد الوساطة الاجتماعية والثقافية كمحامل إبستيمية لتشخيص واقع ورهانات المهاجرين العائدين لبلدانهم الأصلية يعد ضرورة معرفية ضمن بحوث إمبيريقية تعتمد التحليل المقارن بحسب الخصوصيات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية. | ||
| 520 | |d Les valeurs sociales et culturelles au sens sociologique et anthropologique sont une référence et un soutien pour les migrants lorsqu'ils décident de retourner dans leur pays d'origine. Cette étude vise à analyser et à comprendre le rôle des valeurs socioculturelles telles que la solidarité et la citoyenneté dans l'orientation des actions et des comportements des migrants de retour, car le migrant de retour dérive de ces valeurs des motivations sociales au sens sociologique qui soutiennent l'interaction et l'harmonie entre lui et les membres de la communauté locale, ainsi que les systèmes et organisations existants, institutions à traiter. A travers cette recherche, nous concluons que les valeurs de solidarité et de citoyenneté sont des déterminants qui guident les actions et les comportements des immigrés. | ||

The success of the return project is also linked to the degree of fusion and integration within their local communities This study aims to understand and analyze the role of socio-cultural values such as solidarity and citizenship in guiding the actions and behaviors of returning migrants. This research is based on an analytical approach, which means analyzing the role of values in integrating and re-reintegrating the returning migrant into his environment and social and cultural surroundings. Through this research, we find that the values of solidarity and citizenship are determinants that guide the actions and behavior of migrants within strategies and stakes drawn by them in order to achieve success in their social and economic projects in their communities of origin. The adoption of social and cultural mediation as epistemic bearings to diagnose the reality and stakes of returning migrants to their countries of origin is a cognitive necessity within empirical research that adopts comparative analysis according to local, regional, and international specificities.
