| 520 | |a يكتسب موضوع البحث (أدوات ودوافـع حروب الجيل الخامس) أهمية كبيرة، وذلك بسبب حداثة هذا المصطلح، فضلا عن التطور الذي حدث على مستوى الوسائل المستعملة في هذا النمط من الحروب، ويبدو أن الركيزة الأساسية فيها هي تدفق المعلومات أو الحفـاظ عليها، سواء إن كانت على المستوى الاقتصادي أم المستوى الأمني والعسكري أم المستوى السياسي، إذا يتم الاعتماد على من يمتلـك المعلومات أو يحافظ عليهـا أو يخترقها بدرجة كبيرة، في الوقت نفسه. تؤدي الاختراقات للمجتمعات، عبر استغلال متطلبـات هذه الشعوب الاقتصادية والسياسية اتجاه أنظمتها الحاكمة دورا مهما في حروب الجيل الخامس، ويعد ذلك وسيلة فعالة، إذ يجنب الطرف المبادر الكثير من الخسائر، زيادة علـى ذلك، ربما تستعمل بعض الجماعات المسلحة كالجماعات الإرهابية وغيرها، أو الجماعات الخارجة عن القانون، كتجار المخدرات، وفي بعض الأحيان تستعمل بعض العمليات العسكرية النوعية المباشرة، التي تستعمل فيها أسلحة في غاية من التطور. ولعل أبرز دوافع حروب الجيل الخامس، تتمثل في السيطرة على الخصم وتحقيق شروط الطرف المنتصر، أو ربما تفكيك بعض الوحدات السياسية بما يحقق مصالح أطراف معينة، عبر الاختراقات الثقافية والسياسية والاقتصادية، لا سيما في المجتمعـات التي تعاني من انقسام عرقـي أو ديني أو قومي، يساعد كل ذلك الثورة في التقدم التكنولوجي، التي أصبح لها تأثيرات علـى ثقافـات الشعوب المحليـة، إذ أصبح من السهولة اختراق الحدود السيادية للدول، بواسطة عولمة وسائل الاتصال المتعددة (وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي)، التي عبرها أطلعت شعوب العالم على معظم ثقافـات وأنظمة الحكم. | ||

Perhaps the most prominent motives for the fifth generation wars are to control the opponent and fulfill the conditions of the victorious party, or perhaps to dismantle some political units in a way that achieves the interests of certain parties, through cultural, political and economic penetrations, especially in societies that suffer from ethnic, religious or national division. All that helped by revolution in technological progress, which has influenced on the cultures of local peoples, as it has become easy to penetrate the sovereign borders of countries, through the globalization of the multiple means of communication (social media), through which the peoples of the world are exposed to most cultures and systems of government. | ||
