| المستخلص: | الطفل العربي إلى جملة من الانتهاكات الجنائية ذات الصفة الدولية التي تشمل جرائم استرقاق الأطفال وجرائم الاستغلال الجنسي لهم، وإلى الانتهاكات الجنائية ذات الطبيعة الدولية التي تشمل جرائم النزاعات المسلحة ضد الأطفال وجرائم الإبادة الجماعية ضدهم، أو ما يطلق عليها أيضا حماية الطفولة في ظل الظروف الاستثنائية. وتتمثل جرائم استرقاق الأطفال من بيع وعبودية وعمل لقسري أما جرائم الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال فتتمثل في بغاء واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية. أما بالنسبة للانتهاكات الجنائية ذات الطبيعة الدولية تتضمن جرائم النزاعات المسلحة ضد الأطفال مثل تجنيد الأطفال أو إشراكهم في النزاعات المسلحة وأيضا استهداف الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة، كما تتضمن نوع من أنواع جريمة الإبادة الجماعية وهي نقل أطفال جماعة إلى جماعة أخرى قسرا. وكفلت بعض الاتفاقيات الدولية والعربية منها حقوق الطفل العربي من مختلف الانتهاكات كاتفاقية حقوق الطفل والإعلان الخاص بحماية حقوق الطفل والنساء في حالة الطوارئ والنزاعات المسلحة، ومن أبرز الضمانات القانونية لحماية حقوق الطفل العربي من خلال المحكمة العربية وإلى أهم أجهزة الأمم المتحدة. L’enfant arabe est confronté a une multitude de violations , dont deux types: violations criminelles a caractère internationale telles que les crimes d’exploitation sexuelle et les crimes d’esclavagisme, violations de nature internationale qui comporte les crimes de conflits armés et les génocides, ce qu’on appelle aussi la sécurité de l’enfance au temps des conditions éxéptionnelles .Pour les crimes de nature internationales, elles comportent les crimes des conflits armés contre l’enfance tel que leur utilisation lors des guerres comme cible, aussi leur transplantation de groupe en groupe malgré contre leur gré.Les conventions internationales et arabes ont garanti les droits de l’enfant contre ces violations , comme la convention des droit de l’enfant et la déclaration de la sécurité des femmes et de l’enfant en cas de conflits armés , parmi les plus importantes institutions juridiques garantes en matière de sécurité de l’enfant arabe on trouve le tribunal arabe et les institutions des nations unies. Arab children face a number of criminal violations of an international character, including crimes of child slavery and crimes of sexual exploitation of children, and criminal violations of an international nature that include crimes of armed conflict against children and crimes of genocide against children, or what is also called protecting children under exceptional circumstances. The crimes of child slavery consist of sale, slavery, and forced labour. Crimes of sexual exploitation of children consist of prostitution and child pornography. Criminal violations of an international nature include crimes of armed conflict against children, such as the recruitment or involvement of children in armed conflict and the targeting of children in armed conflict. It also includes a type of genocide, which is the forcible transfer of children of one group to another group. Some international and Arab conventions, including the rights of the Arab child, have guaranteed the rights of Arab children from various violations, such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Declaration on the Protection of the Rights of the Child and Women in emergency cases and military conflicts.
