| المستخلص: | استهدفت الدراسة تحديد أوجه تحقيق الدعم الحكومي للأمن الاجتماعي للفئات الأولي بالرعاية، وتحديد العلاقة بين المتغيرات الديموجرافية للمستفيدين من الدعم الحكومي وتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي للفئات الأولي بالرعاية، تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه الدعم الحكومي في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي للفئات الأولي بالرعاية، وتحديد التصور المقترح الذي يساعد الدعم الحكومي في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي للفئات الأولي بالرعاية، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام استبار للفئات الأولي بالرعاية، كما استخدمت الدراسة عينة عشوائية بسيطة من الفئات الأولي بالرعاية بمحافظة سوهاج بلغت (٢٤٥) مفردة، توصلت نتائج البحث إلي قبول الفرض وهو توجد علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرات الديموجرافية للمستفيدين من الدعم الحكومي وتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي للفئات الأولي بالرعاية، حيث وجدت علاقة إيجابية متوسطة بلغت (٠.٥٦١) بين دخول المستفيدين من الدعم الحكومي وتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي لهم، كما وجدت علاقة إيجابية بسيطة بلغت (٠,٤٩١) بين الحالة التعليمية للمستفيدين من الدعم الحكومي وتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي لهم، كما وجدت علاقة إيجابية متوسطة بلغت (٠.٥٥٩) بين الحالة الاجتماعية للمستفيدين من الدعم الحكومي وتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي لهم، كما توصلت الدراسة لعدة توصيات منها: ضرورة زيادة المخصصات المالية المقدمة للدعم الحكومي لتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي للفئات الأولي بالرعاية، والتركيز علي صرف الدعم الحكومي للفئات المستحقة فقط. The study aimed to identify the aspects of achieving governmental support for social security for the Priority care Categories, to determine the relationship between the demographic variables of the beneficiaries of governmental support and to achieve social security for the Priority care Categories, to identify the difficulties facing governmental support in achieving social security for the Priority care Categories, and to define the proposed vision that helps governmental support In achieving social security for Priority care Categories, where the study relied on the analytical descriptive approach using an inquiry for the Priority care Categories. The study also used a simple random sample of the Priority care Categories in Sohag governorate amounting to (245) individuals. The results of the research reached the acceptance of the hypothesis and there is a positive relationship Statistical significance between the demographic variables of the beneficiaries of governmental support and achieving social security for the Priority care Categories, as there was a moderate positive relationship of (0 561) between the entry of the beneficiaries of governmental support and achieving social security for them, and a simple positive relationship of (0.491) was found between the educational status of the beneficiaries. From governmental support and achieving social security for them, as I found a positive relationship m An average of (0.559) between the marital status of the beneficiaries of governmental support and achieving social security for them, and the study reached several recommendations, including: The need to increase the financial allocations provided for governmental support to achieve social security for the Priority care Categories, and focus on disbursing governmental support to eligible Priority care Categories only. |
